Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently and Inexpensively form a delicate and colorful mosaic pattern having the difficulty of peeling off by performing laser working on a necessary part of a metallic base material. CONSTITUTION:The mosaic pattern P constituted of a delicate engraved groove 2 is formed in a diesinking state by performing the laser working on the necessary part of the metallic base material 1. And then, after distributing and injecting plural kinds of color resin coating 3, 4 and 5 having different tones into each formed engraved groove 2 so as to color the groove 2, the processing for hardening is performed on the color resin coating 3 - 5. And the processing for grinding is performed on the surface of the colored metallic base material 1. Thus, even the complicated and delicate mosaic pattern can be accurately and efficiently formed. And furthermore, the strength of adhesion is particularly made high, so that such the trouble that the pattern peels off is prevented.

[Prior Art and Technical Problems to be Solved] As is well known, the conventionally widely used method for decorating the surface of a metal frame using a synthetic resin material is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 10153/1983. The disclosed decorative finishing method involves first forming a concave portion on the surface of a metal base material using an engraving machine or the like, filling the concave portion with a synthetic resin paint mixed with various decorative grains and curing it, and then The process involves polishing the hardened paint surface.

According to this method, a deep plastic decoration can be applied to the surface of the metal frame, but the design formed in the concave part is basically a single color, and at best it is made of decorative grains mixed in. It only changes the coloring, and the patterns that can be formed are too bland to express the colorful and assertive designs that have been seen recently. It depends on what you didn't get.

However, if you try to draw colorful patterns on the surface of metal frame glasses made of thin metal wires and small metal parts, even if you use color paint such as epoxy resin paint, you will not be able to paint it directly on the surface of the metal frame. If you just put it on, the paint will peel off right away, and it is practically technically impossible to create a large amount of the same pattern on the surface of metal frame eyeglasses, which should be mass-produced products.

The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned limitations of conventional surface decoration techniques for metal frame eyeglasses in terms of color expression and bonding strength. It is delicate and does not easily peel off,
Moreover, the technical object is to provide a new pseudo cloisonné mosaic pattern makeup method that can efficiently form colorful mosaic patterns at low cost.

That is, when a mosaic pattern P consisting of delicate grooves 2, 2, etc. is formed by performing laser machining or coining on a desired part of the metal base material l, a die engraving means is then used to form the mosaic pattern P. A color pattern planting processing means for applying color by distributing and injecting a plurality of types of color resin paints 3, 4, 5, etc. with different tones into each of the carved grooves 2, and the distributively injected color resin paints. 3, 4, 5, etc., and the metal substrate colored with the cured color resin paint.
The above-mentioned technical problem was solved by sequentially applying a finishing process of polishing the surface.

Although embodiments of the invention are generally constituted by a sequential sequence of processing steps as described above, the invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above, and within the scope of the claims. Needless to say, various modifications are possible. For example, in the above embodiment, an epoxy resin paint is used and a curing treatment is applied by heat treatment, but a photocurable resin paint may be used. Naturally, it is also possible to adopt a photocurable resin coating, and when a photocurable resin coating is used, treatment such as ultraviolet irradiation is performed as a curing treatment, and any of these changes are within the technical scope of the present invention. It can be said that it belongs to .

As explained above with reference to the examples, the method of the present invention differs from the decorative finishing method described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-10153, which has been widely used in the past, in that the metal base is Since we employ a method of forming mosaic patterns by forming many delicate grooves on the surface of the material, it is possible to accurately and efficiently form even very complex and delicate mosaic patterns. Moreover, since the many grooves that are formed are separated from each other by partition walls, the colored resin paint that is injected there will not mix and cause color turbidity, and the color edge will be improved. A clear and distinct mosaic cloisonné pattern is formed, making it possible to express a variety of designs unprecedented in the past on metal frame glasses.

Furthermore, the pseudo-cloisonne mosaic pattern formed by the method of the present invention is formed by deep (filling) and hardening and adhering colored resin paints of various colors into the grooves carved into the metal base material. The color is deep and luxurious, and compared to conventional products that are simply painted with colored resin paint on the metal surface, the adhesive strength is much stronger and does not peel off easily. There are no obstacles that could occur.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily and efficiently form exquisite mosaic patterns, designs, etc. that were previously impossible to express on metal frame eyeglasses, and this invention greatly contributes to improving the design of metal frame eyeglasses. It's large.
