本発明は、軒樋とその製造方法に関し、詳しくは金属板
を芯材とする角形の軒樋に、角形に曲げ加工を行うが故
に生じる問題を解消しようとする技術に係るものである

[従来の技術]

[発明が解決しようとする課題]
ところが、このように金属板を角形に曲げ加工を行うの
に、底面の中方向の両端のコーナ一部においては外側が
伸び、内側が縮むことによりコーナ一部が長手方向で縮
むのであり、このようにコーナ一部が長手方向に縮むこ
とで、底面の中央部及び側壁部分にいわゆるべこと称す
るうわりやふくらみが生じるという問題があった。この
ような問題を解消するのに、特公昭62−53662号
公報の発明がなされた。即ち、第9図に示すように、金
属板の芯材1に軒樋の長手方向に沿う波溝4aが軒樋の
中方向に間隔を隔てて形成し、このような芯材1にその
波付は形状に復元し上うとする残留応力を保持させた状
態で合成樹脂壜2を全面に被覆し、しかして底面3及び
側壁5の長手方向の曲げ強度を高め、底面3及び側壁5
においてうねりやふくらみが生じるのを防止するもので
ある。ところがこのような発明においては、高温条件下
で、合成樹脂壜2が軟化した場合に、芯材1に残留応力
を保持させておくことが低減され、合成樹脂壜2にて残
留応力を保持させておくことができず、うねりやふくら
みを抑制し難くなり、底面3や側壁5にうねりやふくら

[発明の効果]
以上要するに本発明の軒樋は、金属板の芯材における軒
樋の少なくとも底面となる底面部分に軒樋の長さ方向に
対して直交する方向の断面において外方に凸となる湾曲
部が軒樋の長さ方向の全長に形成されるから、金属板の
芯材が曲げ加工されてその曲げ箇所(コーナ一部)にお
いて長手方向に縮むのに、芯材の少なくとも底面部分に
おける湾曲部においてその応力に対抗でき、かつ湾曲部
は軒樋の長さ方向においては充分な強度を有している故
、その湾曲部にうねりやふくらみが生じるのを防止でき
、しかもがかる作用は従来のように熱の影響を受けるこ
