Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a trimming circuit of stable operation with a small area by providing a switch means between n terminals of divided voltages of the output voltage of a differential amplifier and the input terminal of the differential amplifier and controlling it by a decoder.
CONSTITUTION: A voltage VR inputted to a differential amplifier 1 is amplified into an output voltage VOUT with the power determined by resistances of a feedback circuit 2. In the feedback circuit 2, resistances R0 to R8 are connected in series, and MOS transistors M0 to M7 are connected to them like a ladder. One of MOS transistors M0 to M7 is made conductive in accordance with the output of a decoder to determine the feedback resistance value. Fuse ROMs 4a to 4c are connected to the input of the decoder 3, and the output of the decoder 3 is changed in accordance with disconnection conditions of fuses.
