Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow a rubber tube to be wound smoothly while being pulled out by providing a hollow body with sound inlet and outlet at the center of a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Each of a rubber tube 8 for transmitting sound connected to a sound sampling section 12 is fitted into an sound inlet 2 provided on a bending ball type hollow body 1 and fixed. The rubber tube 8 thus fixed can be wound up in a neat spiral smoothly along a contour of the hollow body 1. On the other hand, a cylindrical sound outlet 3 provided at the center of a small circle part of the hollow body 1 is fitted into the sound transmitting tube 5 connected to a hearing section 11 and made free to turn. The cylindrical sound outlet 3 serves as rotating shaft of a bobbin 4 being supported with the sound transmitting tube 5 concurrently. Therefore, operation of the bobbin 4 rotating with an action of a return spring 10 is in way no blocked and the bobbin 4 can be turned smoothly. Moreover, when the rubber tube 8 is pulled out or wound from the case 7, the hollow body 1 is turned together with the bobbin 4 and thus, the rubber tube can be pulled out or taken in far easily as compared with that when the end of the rubber tube 8 is connected directly to the heating section 11 and fixed.

(c) Problems to be Solved by the Invention The conventional stethoscope shown in FIG. 5 is placed around the neck and hangs down, which is a great hindrance when crouching down to perform medical treatment. Therefore, I had to wrap a long rubber tube around my neck, strap it up on my back, and sometimes I had to take the stethoscope off my neck and stick it in my lab coat or put it on the desk. During my medical treatment, I had to go through a lot of trouble.

Therefore, the inventor of this invention thought that it would be convenient to wind up the conductive pipe with a reel, and experimented with various winding means.

As a result, I learned that connecting the end of a rubber tube wound around a bobbin directly to the hearing section would cause many inconveniences and would render the stethoscope useless. In particular, the rubber tube of a stethoscope is thick and has a lot of elasticity, so it not only comes into contact with the inner wall of the case, making it difficult to put it in and take it out smoothly, but also makes a lot of noise when it comes into contact with the instrument wall, making it difficult to put the stethoscope in your ear. It turned out that pulling out the rubber tube while it was still in place would make an unbearable noise.

The problem to be solved by this invention is to find a way to smoothly wind up the rubber tube of a stethoscope, to allow it to be pulled out, and to reduce noise caused by contact sounds as much as possible. The point is, is it okay?

(2) Developing a means to solve the problem 191 After conducting various research, he finally developed 191 a new device corresponding to the tympanic cavity, inspired by the structure of the ear. In other words, if we consider the sound-collecting part of Sat p4B to be the ear shell and tympanic membrane, and the conductive canal to be the outer lunar canal, then the stethoscope should also have a middle ear.The middle ear is It consists of the tympanic cavity, which contains the auditory ossicles, and the four canals that contact the inner ear.

Therefore, he realized that it would be sufficient to provide a hollow structure corresponding to the tympanic cavity in the center of the bobbin for winding the rubber tube, and was able to bring this invention to fruition.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a dressing room provided in the center of the bobbin (4). (1) shows a hollow body shaped like a curved ball, which is made up of two halves of cylinders with different radii. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, it is composed of a small semicircular cylinder whose radius is the outer diameter of the rubber tube (8) and a large cylinder whose radius is 1.5 times the length of the small semicylindrical cylinder. It is best to form a protrusion on the outside of the cylinder with a length and width approximately equal to the outer diameter of the rubber tube, which limits the shape and size of the hollow body (1).

The end of a sound transmission rubber tube (8) connected to the sound recording section (12) is fitted into the entrance (2) provided in the ribbed hollow body (1) and fixed. As shown in FIG. 2, the fixed rubber tube (8) can be easily and neatly rolled up into a spiral shape along the outer contour of the hollow body (1).

Therefore, the rubber tube wound around the bobbin (4) will not bend, twist, or be crushed.
You will be able to get it out smoothly from the gauge (7). In other words, the hollow body (L), which is composed of two large and small semicircular cylinders, also functions as a core shaft for winding the rubber tube (8) in a spiral shape. Furthermore, there is some improvement in the rubber tube fixing part, and the cylindrical sound port (2) should be shaped slightly obliquely in a G shape so that it is parallel to the 1111 plane of the hollow body (1).

On the other hand, the cylindrical sound output port (3) provided at the center of the small cylindrical portion of the hollow body (1) is fitted into the sound tube (5) connected to the sound listening section (11) and is made rotatable. The sound conducting tube (5) is provided at the ψ center of the gauge (7), and in order to fit the sound outlet (3) perfectly there, the position of the sound outlet (3) must be at the center of the small cylindrical part. become. The means for fitting into the sound conducting tube (5) is not particularly limited, and may be either internal insertion or external pushing.

The cylindrical sound output port (3) is supported by the sound conducting tube (5) and also serves as the M rotation axis of the bobbin (4).
Due to the action of O), the operation of the rotating bobbin (4) is not hindered at all and can be rotated smoothly.

Moreover, when the rubber tube (8) is pulled out or wound up from the case (7), the hollow body (1) rotates together with the bobbin (4), so the end of the rubber tube (8) is connected to the listening section ( 11) It is much easier to put in and take out the rubber tube compared to the case where it is directly connected and fixed. Furthermore, by providing a roller (6) at the edge of the opening of the case (7) as an auxiliary means, even smoother insertion and removal can be achieved.

Since the rubber tube (8) can be pulled out smoothly, noise due to mechanical contact is reduced, and the rubber tube (8) can be pulled out from the case (7) even if the listening part (11) is pushed into the ear. Furthermore, as a measure to eliminate noise, a wide space is provided between the opening of the case (7) and the outer edge of the bobbin. By doing this, the rubber tube (8) is not pulled at an angle at the case opening, but is gently curved into the bay 111.
Since it is pulled out even though it is 1L, the squeak of the rubber tube itself and the rotating noise of the roller (6) are almost unnoticeable.

:I' l- A soft ring-shaped stopper (9) made of rubber or the like is attached to ':T, i of the tube (8). Therefore, even if the bowed rubber tube (8) is forcefully rewound, the sound pickup section (12) will not collide with the case.

As described above, by connecting each part of the stethoscope, the sound entering from the sound collection part (12) is transmitted to the hollow body (corresponding to the tympanic cavity).
1) and a sound-conducting tube (5) corresponding to the auditory tube to reach the hearing section (l1). In addition, although the outer shape of the case (7) is drawn as a substantially square in the drawing, it may have any shape such as a circle or a heart shape. Further, the sound conducting tube (5) may be housed inside the case, and there are no particular limitations on the shape, thickness, etc.

(f) Effects of the invention If the reel-type stethoscope of this invention is used, the rubber tube can be quickly stored in the reel by pulling out the rubber tube from the reel when performing an examination and releasing the hand when the auscultation is completed. . Therefore, even when crouching to examine patients, the stethoscope hanging from the patient's neck does not get in the way, and there is no need to worry about removing it from the patient's neck. Therefore, the district doctors will be able to concentrate on medical treatment.

Furthermore, since the reel part is stable on the chest like a pendant, it is always used as a symbol for doctors and nurses.
You can wear this stethoscope around your neck. You can also add a stylish touch by writing the doctor's name, symbols, and marks on the outside of the case, and make the entire stethoscope, including the rubber tube, colorful.
