Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案はネツクレス、ブレスレツト等の装身
具の端部相互を連結するのに用いる装身具用連結
具に関する。
従来、ネツクレス、ブレスレツト等の端部相互
を連結するためのこの種、装身具用連結具として
は挿入側および受入側の連結具本体が平型、円筒
型等のいろいろの中空な形状のものが堤案されて
いる。
そして挿入側と受入側の連結具本体相互を連結
するために、受入側の連結具本体内に挿入する挿
入部材の挿入片として金属板を略く字形に折曲し
た板バネを使用するものがあつた。
このように挿入片として板バネを用いたもの
は、この板バネを受入側の連結具本体の一側に設
けた挿入通路から挿入して板バネが復帰すること
により該板バネの一方の解放端を係合して抜け止
めを防止するのには役立つが、斜め方向に力が働
く時には、板バネが受入側の連結具本体内におい
て移動したり、捻じれたりすることによつて挿入
側および受入側の連結具本体相互の継目個所が際
立つて開いて不体裁になつたり、または板バネが
移動して係合状態が外れるという欠点が見られ
た。
この考案は上記点に鑑みてなされたものであ
り、斜め方向に力が働いた時にも板バネが受入側
の連結具本体内において移動したり、捻じれたり
する不都合をなくすことにより、挿入側および受
入側の連結具本体相互間に継目個所が際立つて開
いて不体裁になるのを阻止して連結具本体相互の
係合状態を確実になし、しかも構造簡単にしてコ
スト安な装身具用連結具を堤供することを目的と
する。
以下、この考案を図面に示す一実施例につき、
説明する。
１は挿入部材であり、この挿入部材１は中空な
略円筒型の連結具本体１ａと、該連結具本体１ａ
の一側に金属板を略く字形に折曲し、このうち一
方（上方）の解放端３ａの上面に押下突起２を設
け、前記解放端３ａよりも僅かに長い他方（下
方）の解放端３ｂを前記連結具本体１ａ内の取付
板４に固着した板バネ３と、チエン等を引掛ける
ための引掛具５を前記連結具本体１ａの一側に設
けた側板６とから形成される。
７は前記挿入部材１に連結されるべき受入部材
であり、この受入部材７は中空な略円筒型の連結
具本体８と、前記板バネ３を圧縮した状態で連結
具本体８内に挿入するために略水平に開口した挿
入通路９、および該挿入通路９の略中央に前記押
下突起２を挿入自在に導入するように外周に設け
た所定長さの導入溝９ａの開口溝９a1を垂直に有
し前記連結具本体８の一側に固着された側板１０
と、前記板バネ３と略同幅で且つ前記板バネ３の
解放端３ａから折曲端３ｃまでの長さ１と略同長
をなし、しかも前記挿入通路９の内側、下縁に位
置して両側端縁を前記連結具本体８内に固着する
ことにより前記板バネ３の下面が全面的に密接す
る中底１２と、チエン等を引掛けるための引掛具
１３備え、連結具本体８の他側に固着された側板
１４とから形成される。
前記挿入通路９は、板バネ３の圧縮状態時より
も大きく形成される。
１０ａは前記導入溝９ａの開口溝９a1を境に前
記挿入通路９と前記連結具本体８とにより囲まれ
るように前記側板１０に形成される係合部であ
り、この係合部１０ａ，１０ａは前記板バネ３の
挿入、係合時に係合されて板バネ３が水平方向に
移動して抜け出すのを阻止するためのものであ
る。
この考案の一実施例は以上の如く構成からな
り、以下、作用効果を述べる。
先ず、押下突起２を押下げて圧縮した状態で受
入部材７の連結具本体８内に挿入通路９より板バ
ネ３を挿入すると、板バネ３は連結具本体８内に
固着した中底１２に先端の折曲端３ｃ側からその
下面が順次、全面的に密接されながら揺動がなく
案内されて順次、スムーズに挿入されて行く。
また板バネ３の上方の解放端３ａの上面に設け
た押下突起２が、挿入通路９に対して側板１０に
垂直に設けた開口溝９a1より導入溝９ａ内に挿入
されることにより、板バネ３が連結具本体８の周
方向に揺動されるのが阻止され、スムーズに受入
部材７の連結具本体８内に挿入されて行く。
板バネ３の一端（後端）の解放端３ａが水平な
挿入通路９を通り抜けると、板バネ３は図示にお
いて上方の可動側の肢片がバネ力により復帰して
その後端の解放端３ａ，３ａが側板１０に設けた
係合部１０ａ，１０ａに係合する（第１図参照）。
こうして挿入部材１と受入部材７との連結具本体
１ａ，８相互が水平方向に抜け出すのが阻止され
る。
この時、図示において板バネ３の下面は受入部
材７内に設けた中底１２に全面的に密接している
とともに押下突起２が受入部材７の導入溝９ａ内
に挿入されているので、挿入部材１と受入部材７
との両部材が例えば斜め方向から力を受けてこじ
あけるような力が外部から作用しても、板バネ３
は受入部材７内において垂直方向（半径方向）に
揺動することがなく、しかも周方向に揺動する等
の捻じれは生じない。従つて挿入部材１と受入部
材７との連結具本体１ａ，８相互間の継目個所が
不自然に目立つて不体裁になることがないととも
に板バネ３の上方の解放端３ａ，３ａが側板１０
の係合部１０ａ，１０ａに対して係合が外れ、両
部材が離脱することはない。
挿入部材１と受入部材７との連結具本体１ａ，
８相互の係合を離脱するのには、押下突起２を押
下げて板バネ３を圧縮することにより板バネ３の
一方の解放端３ａ，３ａを受入部材７の係合部１
０ａ，１０ａに対して係合を外し、板バネ３を圧
縮した状態で挿入通路９内を水平方向に引き抜け
ば、連結具本体１ａ，８両部材を容易に離脱する
ことができる。
なお上記実施例においては挿入部材１と受入部
材７との連結具本体１ａ，８を略円筒型に形成し
た場合を代表的な実施例として説明したけれど
も、これは例示であつてこの考案は両連結具本体
が平型、角型等如何なる中空な形状のものにも応
用できる。
以上のようにこの考案は、斜め方向に力が働い
た時にも、受入部材の連結具本体内において板バ
ネが中底に全面的に密接するので、板バネが該連
結具本体内において移動したり、捻じれたりする
不都合がなくなり、挿入側および受入側の両連結
具本体相互の継目個所が際立つて開いて不体裁に
なるのを阻止するとともに連結具本体相互の連結
状態を確実にできる。またこの考案は受入部材の
連結具本体内に中底を設けるという簡単な構造で
あるから、製作および組立が簡素化されてコスト
安になる。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中空状の連結具本体の一端に、金属板を折曲し
    た略く字形の板バネの一方の解放端を取付け且つ
    該板バネの他方の解放端の上面に押下突起を設け
    た挿入部材と、前記板バネを挿入自在に案内する
    挿入通路と前記押下突起を導入する導入溝とを中
    空状の他の連結具本体の一端に設けた受入部材と
    からなる装身具用連結具において、前記板バネと
    略同幅で略同長の中底を該板バネの下面が密接す
    るように前記受入部材の連結具本体内に設けたこ
    とを特徴とする装身具用連結具。
