Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively lubricate and cool a bearing unit and prevent oil solution from leaking to a side of an intake port by isolating between the intake port side and inside of a casing with a sealing member and supplying oil solution in the casing to the bearing unit with a fuel oil pump.
CONSTITUTION: An intake chamber A is isolated from a chamber B inside a casing 1 by a sealing member 21, and a fuel oil pump 28 with oil solution contained in the chamber B and supplying the oil solution 26 continuously to a chamber E, etc. is provided. With this constitution, the oil solution 26 is continuously supplied to a turning bearing 11, a bearing unit 3A, etc. and these are effectively lubricated and cooled while abrasion and burning are prevented and thermal deformation of a turning scroll 6 is prevented so as to largely improve compression efficiency and durability. In addition, the sealing member 21 is formed of an elastic material, it can smoothly follow rotation of a turning scroll 6 so that the oil solution 25 in the chambers B, C can be securely prevented from leaking toward the intake chamber A as well as compressed air discharged from a discharge port 20 can be kept clean.
