If the lighting condition continues for a certain period of time T or more, the lighting condition returns to the normal lighting condition.

Switching circuit 3 for intermittent power supply voltage as shown in
The thyristor 11 is activated and turned on, and the fluorescent lamp 35 is turned on. When the thyristor 11 is turned on and current flows between its anode and cathode,
A voltage drop occurs across the resistor 25 of the timer circuit 13, the capacitor 22 is charged via the diode 21, and the transistor 20 is activated. As a result, the resistor 18 of the starting circuit 12 is shot, the thyristor 11 is restrained in its operating state, and the timer circuit 13 continues to operate as shown in the figure. At this time, in the reverse phase voltage intermittent switching circuit 4, since the thyristor 11 of the power supply voltage intermittent switching circuit 3 is turned on, the starting circuit 28 does not operate due to the action of the Zener diode 30, and therefore the thyristor 27 remains off, and the negative phase voltage -V is not applied to the output terminals 6 1 and 6 2 .

あと一定時間Tだけ不動作状態に拘束される。 When the switch 8 is turned off while the thyristor 11 is in operation, the AC power supply voltage E is reduced in pressure by the AC resistor 9, so the thyristor 11 is turned off and the fluorescent lamp 35 is turned off. Even when the thyristor 11 is turned off, the timer circuit 13 continues to shoot the starting circuit 12 for only a certain period of time (for example, 2 to 3 seconds) because the residual charge in the capacitor 22 causes the transistor 20 to continue operating for a certain period of time (for example, 2 to 3 seconds). . Therefore, the thyristor 11 is held inactive for a certain period of time T after the switch 8 is turned off.

The thyristor 27 operates and the second thyristor 27
Turns on as shown in Figure A. As a result, the negative phase voltage -V is added to the AC power supply voltage E, and the combined voltage E-V is applied to the output terminals 6 1 and 6 2 , and the fluorescent lamp 35 is dimmed to enter the dimming lighting mode. The waveform of the combined voltage E-V is a sine wave with almost no third harmonics, and in the case of high power factor fluorescent lamps, the power factor lags by about 6% and is stable even against voltage fluctuations of ±5%. It maintains dimming, and the dimming rate can be up to about 50%, and the energy saving rate at that time is also about 50%.

When the thyristor 11 is turned on again, the thyristor 27 of the reverse phase voltage intermittent switching circuit 4 is not turned on, and since the reverse phase voltage -V is not applied, the fluorescent lamp 35 enters the normal lighting state.

is connected between the reverse phase secondary coil 22 of the transformer 2 and the output terminal 61 , and when the time from turning off the switch 8 to turning it on again is within a certain time T, the relay 36 is energized. When the relay contact 38 is closed, a negative phase voltage -V is added to the AC power supply voltage E, and the fluorescent lamp 35 is dimmed to enter a dimming lighting mode.

In other words, there is an advantage that fluorescent lamps that are not equipped with the transformer 2 and the switching circuits 3 and 4 do not need to be turned off due to the action of the AC resistor 9, but the switching operation unit 1 is not essential in the present invention and may be omitted. You may. In that case, the fluorescent lamp 35 can be controlled in the same way as described above, depending on whether or not the power switch 7 is turned on again within a certain period of time T after being turned off.

If the time from this point to the point of turning on again is within a certain time T, a composite voltage E-V obtained by adding the negative phase voltage -V to the AC power supply voltage E is applied to the illumination lamp, resulting in a dimming state. , and if it is longer than a certain time T, it returns to the normal lighting state, and the illumination light can be easily dimmed by turning on and off a single switch. In addition, it can be economically dimmed without making any changes to the existing wiring or lighting, and the dimmer itself has a simple configuration and can be provided at low cost. Since it is a sine wave containing almost no light, stable stage dimming can be performed.
