Abstract

PURPOSE: To contrive an improvement in interlaminar adhesion strength between a metallic layer and olefin polymer layer, by a method wherein a resin protective layer, metallic layer and layer comprised of a composition constituted by containing polyamide and polyolefin are laminated in this order.
CONSTITUTION: A parabolic antenna reflector 1 is constituted of a laminated body obtained by laminating a resin protective layer 2, a metallic layer 3 and a layer 4 comprised of a composition constituted by containing polyamide and polyolefin in this order. The resin protective layer 2 superior in weather resistance is laminated on one side of the metallic layer 3 reflecting an electric wave like this and the layer 4 comprised of a composition constituted by containing the polyamide and polyolefin is laminated on the other side of the metallic layer 3. Therefore, interlaminar adhesion strength between the metallic layer 3 constituting the parabolic antenna reflector 1 and the layer 4 comprised of the composition constituted by containing the polyamide and polyolefin is excellent especially and generation of ply separation with expansion and contraction of the layers each with heat cycle after molding is eliminated.
