Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent water absorption and to give a fine panel surface and durability, while imparting lightweight properties and heat resistance, by composing a composite panel of a lightweight aerated concrete panel and a foamed glass panel unified on the surface side of the lightweight aerated concrete panel.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of reinforcing bars 4 are arranged into forms 8 while a plurality of foamed glass panels 3 are disposed adjacently at every reinforcing bar 4. Lightweight aerated concrete material slurry is injected into the forms 8, and foamed and solidified. Consequently, a green cake 14 into which the reinforcing bars 4 and the foamed glass panels 3 are buried is formed. The forms 8 are removed from the green cake 14, and the green cake 14 is divided in the surfaces of the foamed glass panels 3 or near the surfaces thereof. Accordingly, a composite panel 1 in which an uncured lightweight aerated concrete panel 2 and the foamed glass panel 3 are unified is shaped. The composite panel 1 is introduced into an autoclave, and the uncured lightweight aerated concrete panel 2 is cured. The surface of the foamed glass panel 3 of the composite panel 1 is cleaned.
