Abstract

PURPOSE: To make high temperature heat collectable from exhaust steam by providing an absorber, which absorbs partly the waste steam of a steam turbine by an absorbent, and a flow path which allows a cooling medium to pass through successively in the order of a condenser and the absorber.
CONSTITUTION: Waste steam one part 206 from a steam turbine 20 is fed to a condenser 29, cooled by hot water 209 and condensed. While the rest of waste steam 205 is fed to an absorber 28 via a valve 37 and absorbed by a rich absorbent 208 to generate heat with the hot water heated and collected as heat collecting water 210. Here a diluted absorbent 207, output from the absorber 28, is preheated in a heat exchanger 27 by an absorbent pump 30 thereafter fed to a regenerator 24 there heat-concentrated into the rich absorbent 208 which is precooled by the heat exchanger 27 thereafter returned to the absorber 28. Thus being possible to collect high temperature heat as the heat collecting water 210 from the waste steams 205, 206 from the steam turbine 20, a steam turbine system, which supplies electric power and heat by using thermal energy, can be presented.
