Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筒状金具を被嵌させて該金具の内周面との間に
薄肉のゴム層を成形するための成形空間を形成す
る第一型と、該第一型とは別体を成し、該筒状金
具を保持・拘束する第二型とを有し、該筒状金具
の軸方向端部において前記成形空間に連通する状
態でそれら第一型と第二型との間に形成された複
数の注入通路を通じてゴム材料を該成形空間内に
注入し、以て薄肉ゴム層を該筒状金具と一体に成
形する成形型において、 前記注入通路と注入通路との間において前記第
一型と第二型との一方に該筒状金具の軸方向に突
出する凸型部が、他方に凹型部が形成されてそれ
らが嵌合されるとともに、それら凸型部と凹型部
とに案内面が形成され、該案内面の作用でそれら
第一型と第二型との軸直角方向の相対位置が予め
定めた位置に規定されるように成されていること
を特徴とする成形型。
