Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a time for assembly and disassembly work with a temporary part reduced by providing a baseboard of a main unit in the periphery of a hood, which constitutes a roof of an elevator cage room of the main unit, while two upper and lower handrails parallel to the upper part of an upper beam in a cage frame of the main unit. CONSTITUTION:In a setting up work bench of an elevator, a drop-preventing main unit baseboard 5c is provided in the periphery of a hood 5b for constituting a roof of a main unit elevator cage room 5, while a main unit parapet 8 as a safety rack is provided along the periphery of the hood 5b in the upper part of an upper beam 1b in an elevator cage frame 1. Accordingly, by providing the main unit baseboard 5c and the main unit handrail 8 in the upper part of the hood 5b of the main unit cage room 5 to be used as an upper part work bench while by utilizing the cage room 5 as a lower part work bench, work is safey performed. By decreasing a temporary part, work time for assembly and disassembly is reduced, while the cost of transportation of carrying in-out and warehouse storage control is reduced.

However, this method requires a great deal of labor to assemble the scaffolding, the scaffolding obstructs the delivery of materials, and it is dangerous and difficult for workers to move up and down. For this reason, the guide rails are installed at the beginning of the installation, and then the installation work is carried out while operating a temporary workbench installed on the permanent elevator car frame or the elevator car floor.

1) Assemble on top of the upper beam (1b). In assembling this upper workbench (12), first, the workfloor (12a)
is attached to the upper beam (1b) with bolts (not shown), and then a greywater (12b) is erected on the outer edge of the work floor (12a) to prevent objects from falling, and a handrail is installed on the outside of it. Assemble (12c) and complete. In addition, the gray water (12
b) is set at a height that prevents objects from falling, and the height of the handrail (12c) is set at a height of 7 to allow workers to work safely.
It is desirable to have at least 5c. Next, a temporary handrail (13a) is attached to the outer periphery of the upper surface of the elevator car floor (2) with the permanent gray water (3), and a temporary lower work platform (1) is installed.
3) Make. This handrail (13a) is also the upper workbench (12)
As with the handrail (12c), it is desirable to have at least 750+g++a. After installing the upper and lower work platforms in this way, the hoisting rope (4) is connected to the counterweight via a hoisting machine in the machine room (not shown), and the hoisting rope (4)
A protective ceiling (10) is installed to catch objects falling from above. And the protective ceiling (10), the upper workbench (12)
A counterweight contact prevention wire mesh (11) is attached to the side surface of the lower workbench (13) facing the counterweight, and the installation workbench is completed.

By the way, the handrail (8) of the above embodiment has two parallel upper and lower parts.
Although it is made up of square rods of books, when carrying out the present invention, it is not limited to this, and a larger number of parallel square rods may be used, or it can be made of round vibrators, etc. You may. Alternatively, it is also possible to stretch a net between these rods or to construct them from a single plate; in short, any structure that can prevent workers from falling will suffice.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the elevator installation workbench of the present invention has the following advantages:
A fall prevention frame is installed around the canopy that makes up the ceiling of the elevator car, and a safety fence is installed at the top of the upper beam of the elevator car frame. By using the canopy of the existing elevator car as an upper work platform and the elevator car as a lower work platform, workers can work safely. Since the number of temporary items can be reduced, it is possible to shorten the assembly and disassembly work time, and it is also possible to reduce costs for carrying in and out, storage in a warehouse, and management.
