Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain automatic switching of 4/2-wire by providing a hardware having at least one of voltage detecting function and a serial data analysis function so as to discriminate whether or not the telephone set connects to a 4-wire telephone line. CONSTITUTION:A voltage of a telephone line and serial data detection function is provided. In the case of the 4-wire system, a power supply 6 is supplied, a voltage detection circuit 5 is activated and the 4-wire system is informed to a control block 4, which sets the hardware and the software to the 4-wire system from that point of time. Moreover, in the case of the 2-wire system, since the power supply 6 is not supplied, the control block 4 discriminates the 2-wire system to set hardware and the software to the 2-wire system. いる。5はデータ線L3、L4に乗ってくる電源を検知
する電圧検出ブロック、6はL3.L4よりくる電源、
7は受送話ブロック3で得られたデータである。
