[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The invention is based on a ring spinning machine, in which two or more supplied braided yarns are sent to the roller draft area, and this becomes a fleece-like fiber bundle and is sent to the front top roller. This invention relates to a spun yarn obtained by simultaneously performing single yarn twisting and doubling yarn twisting immediately after leaving the nip point, that is, a silospan spun yarn.

The outline of the above-mentioned silospan spinning was introduced in 1982.
To explain with reference to the description in Publication No. 51824, in FIG. 3 which shows a front view of the main parts of the conventional apparatus, and FIG. 4 which shows the main parts in a side view, 1 is a conventional apparatus located in the draft area of the spinning machine. The front bottom roller 2 also indicates the front top roller, and the two fiber bundles (rovings) 4 and 5 introduced into the roller draft area 3 through different travel paths are, as is known, the above-mentioned In the draft area 3, the fleece is subjected to a draft action and becomes two pieces running in parallel. Immediately after leaving the nip point of the front top roller 2, it is subjected to the twisting action of the ring traveler mechanism 6, and as is known, single yarn twist and double yarn twist. The thread is continuously twisted and wound around the bobbin 7 in the form of a twisted thread T.

The spinning apparatus explained with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4 is called silospan spinning by those skilled in the art, and unlike the conventional spinning method in which the single yarn is given a real twist, the twist given to the single yarn is S.・Although it is essentially different from the conventional method in that Z is alternately twisted, since it is an efficient production device that can produce twisted yarn immediately with a spinning machine, it has recently been used for spinning with a high twist ratio, such as wool. It is widely used for spinning.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, the fiber materials conventionally used in such silospan spinning are the same spun fibers, such as wool fibers and cotton fibers, and while they have characteristics unique to natural fibers, There is a problem in that the defects of these fibers are directly manifested in yarn output. The present invention aims to solve these problems.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention transfers a plurality of fiber bundles that have reached the front top roller 2 in the roller draft area through different traveling paths to the front top roller 2. It is a silospan spun yarn that is twisted into one spun yarn immediately after leaving the nip point, and is composed of three single yarns: two spun yarns of natural fibers and one multifilament yarn of thermoplastic synthetic fiber,
It is characterized in that the multifilament of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber is sandwiched between both spun yarns and twisted together. The present invention will be specifically explained below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.

(Example) The special plied and twisted yarn of the present invention is manufactured using the conventional apparatus shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and the yarn combination shown in FIG. 2 is used. In the figure, 2 indicates the aforementioned front top roller, and 3a indicates the top side of the roller draft area. The fiber bundles 4 and 5 made of cotton fibers are introduced into the roller draft area through the trumpet 8 as usual and are drafted, but during this time the fiber bundles 4 and 5 run parallel to each other and do not cross each other, which is the standard method of silospan spinning. Immediately after exiting the front top roller 2, the yarns are twisted together to form spun yarns X and Y, each consisting of a single cotton fiber.

The thus obtained three single yarns X, Y, and Z formed into three knitted yarns as shown in Fig. 1, and along the longitudinal direction of the twisted yarns are spun yarns X, Y, and multifilament Z of synthetic fibers. are arranged. Incidentally, when spinning the yarn, the arrangement may be slightly disrupted due to tension fluctuations, but as a general rule, the form shown in FIG. 1 is taken.

(Effects of the invention) The plied yarn according to the invention has the low cost of silospan spun yarn, but also has the characteristics of core yarn, has high yarn strength, and has a unique supple taste. This completely eliminates the drawbacks of conventional yarns mentioned at the beginning.
