Abstract

PURPOSE:To make execution of look fine finishing work possible by a method wherein middle and upper boards are mutually stuck to connecting parts provided on the opposite ends in the longitudinal direction of a main body while the connecting parts are fitted in and fixed thereto, and veneers are stuck to the surface of the main body. CONSTITUTION:The title material is made up of a main body 1 and a first and a second connecting parts 2 and 3, respectively provided on the opposite ends in the longitudinal direction of the main body, and on these connecting parts 2 and 3, middle boards 2b and 3b are stuck to the surface of bottom boards 2a and 3a and to the surfaces of the middle boards 2b and 3b, upper boards 2c and 3c are stuck. Fitting parts 6 and 7 in zigzag shape are formed on each one of the end parts on the connecting parts 2 and 3 and zigzag fitting parts 4 and 5 corresponding therewith are also formed on the opposite ends in the longitudinal direction of the main body 1. The fitting parts 4, 5 and 6, 7 are then engaged with each other and thereby the first and the second connecting parts 2 and 3 are fixed to the main body 1. In the final stage, veneers 8 are stuck to the surface Z of the main body 1 and to the surface X of the upper boards 2c and 3c on both of the connecting parts 2 and 3. Thereby a look fine finishing work can be executed easily.

[Conventional technology 1] In recent years, plywood is often used as this type of construction material due to its low cost, but since the plywood does not look good if it is visible from the surface, the surface of the plywood is used to improve the appearance. Those with a veneer attached to them are frequently used.

Here, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the wall material may be formed from a lower plate 30, a middle plate 31, and an upper plate 32 made of plywood, and the side parts of these may be shifted from each other in the length direction and overlapped. ,
There is a wall material in which a connecting part 33 for connecting another wall material is formed on the side of the wall material, and a projecting plate 34 is attached to the surface of the upper plate 32.

Next, another wall material B of the same shape is applied to the lower wall surface of the wall material A that has already been fixed on the wall surface, and as shown in FIG. 3,
The edge of the lower plate 2a of the first connecting portion 2 of the wall material B is connected to the wall material A.
While contacting the edge of the lower plate 3a of the second connecting portion 3,
The protruding part of the middle plate 2b of the first connecting part 2 of the wall material B is superimposed on the lower plate 3a of the second connecting part 3 of the wall material A, and the edge of the middle plate 2b of the wall material B is placed on the lower plate 3a of the second connecting part 3 of the wall material A. It is brought into contact with the edge of the middle plate 3b. In this state, as in the case of the wall material A, nails are driven from the upper surface of the lower plate 3a of the second connecting portion 3 of the wall material B to the animal on the wall surface to fix the wall material B on the wall surface.

以下、同様に壁材を壁面上に固定していく。Thereafter, wall materials are fixed on the wall surface in the same manner.

In this way, in the wall material of this example, the first connecting part 2 and the second connecting part 3 are formed from natural wood, so even though the main body 1 is made of plywood, it looks as if the entire wall material is made of plywood. It looks good and looks like it was made from natural wood.

Moreover, the main body 1 is continuous without bending.
Since it is only necessary to attach the veneer 8 to the upper surface Z and the upper surface X of the upper plates 2c3c of the double-speed active parts 2 and 3, there is no need to bend and attach the veneer 8, and manufacturing is simple.
