- リング溝を有するクラウン部と、該クラウン部
に連続して形成されるスカート部と、該スカート
部に対向して形成されるサイドカツト部と、該サ
イドカツト部に対向して形成されるピン穴と、該
サイドカツト部に形成されるサイドウオールと、
前記スカート部に形成されるスカート面とを有す
る内燃機関用ピストンにおいて、前記サイドウオ
ールの一部を前記スカート面の肩部まで延在させ
たことを特徴とする内燃機関用ピストン。
