Abstract

PURPOSE: To restrain the temperature rise of intake gas for improving the efficiency of a compressor by providing an insulation chamber on the side of a cylinder head and an oil separating means in the insulation chamber while providing an exhaust hole in the lower portion of the insulation chamber.
CONSTITUTION: On the side of a cylinder head 10 is provided an insulation chamber 23 formed on insulation members 21, 22 for guiding exhaust refrigerant gas in a cylinder 9 to an exhaust pipe 17 to prevent the gas from the outflow to a pressure container 1 while preventing the heat transmission from exhaust refrigerant gas to refrigerant gas in the container 1. Also, an oil separating means 24 for separating lubricating oil from the exhaust refrigerant gas is provided in the insulation chamber 23 to return the lubricating oil in the chamber 23 to the container 1 through an oil exhausting hole 22b.
