る電源制御装置において、 外部から供給される電力が停電したときに、上
記電力供給装置が動作状態であるか非動作状態で
あるかを記憶する記憶手段と、上記信号処理部か
らの電源オン信号及び電源オフ信号を受けて上記
記憶手段の動作を制御する制御手段とを備えたこ
