Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the dehumidifying effect of an air vent and to improve greatly the durability of a wooden construction by using hollow formation exterior wallboards with many parallel through-holes made by extrusion molding of ceramic materials such as cement and the like. CONSTITUTION:An inside exterior wallboard 11a and an outside exterior wallboard 11b are formed by extrusion molding of ceramics materials, and they have many parallel through-holes 12. Each one of the exterior wallboards 11a and 11b is mounted to the ground 6 by using a space board section 23 providing the through-holes 12 are in the vertical direction. A permeable layer 16 is formed between a clinker-built exterior wall 15 and the ground 6. According to the constitution, the open air is led to the permeable layer 16 through the through- holes 12 of each one of the exterior wallboards 11a and 11b, so that the permeable layer 16 with high dehumidifying effect can be obtained without using any attached furring strip.

In general, in wooden buildings, a ventilation layer is provided between the inner surface of the outer wall and the surface of the structure in order to improve the durability of the wooden structure by drying it, or to prevent frost damage to ceramic building materials in winter. Outside air is introduced into the building to dissipate the moisture in the walls along with ventilation air, thereby maintaining the durability of the building frame and preventing frost damage to the exterior wall materials.

That is, as shown in FIG. 9, a moisture-proof layer 2 is provided on the back surface of the building interior material 1, and studs are attached to the back surface at predetermined intervals. A heat insulating material 3 is filled between these studs to form a heat insulating layer, and a windproof layer 5 is attached to the outer surface 4 of the studs to form a base 6. An attached furring 7 is attached to the outer surface of the base 6 to form a ventilation layer 8, and an outer wall plate is attached to the attached furring 7 to form an outer wall 9. Outside air is introduced into the ventilation layer 8 created in this manner from the lower part and extracted from the upper part to remove moisture.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention discovered that the material has been widely used as an exterior wall material because it is inexpensive to manufacture, lightweight, and has excellent heat and sound insulation properties. We thought that an efficient ventilation layer could be easily formed by using a hollow-molded exterior wall board with a large number of parallel through holes made by extrusion molding gM-based materials such as cement.

Since the present invention was made based on the above idea, a ventilation layer can be formed without using an attached rim, and since the through holes of the hollow molded outer wall board also participate in the introduction of outside air, the outside air passes through the ventilation layer. The purpose of this project is to provide a ventilation method that can provide a ventilation layer with a high dehumidification effect.

In order to achieve the above object, in the ventilation construction method of the present invention, a rectangular or square hollow-molded exterior wall plate having a large number of parallel through holes, which is made by extrusion molding of a ceramic material, is used. As such, a spacer or various types of attachments are used to form a ventilation layer communicating with the outside air through a through hole, and then attached to the base.

In the above construction method, the horizontal joints 26 of the outer wall boards may be formed by arranging the upper joint 26 and the lower joint 26 in a straight line to form the outer wall, as shown in FIG. 8(a). Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8(b), the outer wall may be formed such that the lower joint 26 is located in the middle of the upper outer wall material, but when hooking claws are used, the adjacent outer wall A hook is inserted into the end through-hole of the plate to support it and to bring the joint part into close contact. Both edges parallel to the through-hole of the outer wall board used in the present invention are often provided with a base plate, a facing plate, etc., and are joined via a sealing material.
