本発明は合成樹脂を材料として射出成形される歯車に関
し、特に各々異なる特長を有する2種類の樹脂により形

ことが提案されている(特公昭54−21903号公報

ゲートを通して射出され、この射出された樹脂材料がま
ず一次成形品部内部の貫通孔4を樹脂通路として順次充
填した後、一次成形品部Aのリムの一部3の外周にリム

状態に一体形成されているうえに、後者が前者の少なく
とも外側から成形収縮するので、両者の結合は緊密一体
化し非常に強固なものにすることができ、大きな回転ト
ルクを作用させても異材質境界面で剥離することなく耐
