ープに耐摩耗性及び可撓性を有する外管で被覆す
ると共に、ワイヤーロープと外管との間隙に防食
性を有する高分子材料を注入硬化させて構成し、
前記係留用ケーブルのアンカー側に、浮力材を設
けたことを特徴とする汚濁水拡散防止膜の係留装
置。 ２ 前記係留用ケーブルを、ワイヤーロープに耐
摩耗性及び可撓性を有する高分子樹脂を被覆して
構成すると共に、係留用ケーブルのアンカー側近
傍に、浮力材を設けた請求項１に記載の汚濁水拡
