〔技術分野〕
本考案は、折版屋根におけるカラー塗装などを
施した鋼板製の屋根板材相互の接続部の構造に関

片3及び湾曲部片4を嵌入し、タイトフレーム6
を覆う他方の屋根材本体1の他側端部より下方へ
垂設された断面略U字状の係合部片8を上記被係
合部片5の下面に係合させ、係合部片8の最下低
部を上記傾斜部片2の鉛直上方に位置させたもの
であり、これによつて上記目的を達成したもので
ある。

には略逆U字状に屈曲した把み部13と掛止部1
4とが形成されており、把み部13とタイトフレ
ーム本体9上面との間に係止袋部7が形成されて
いる。1は折版屋根用の屋根材本体であり、その
両側端部には外側方へ向けて斜め上方に傾斜部片
2,15を延出してある。更に、一方の傾斜部片
2の上端からは外側方へ向けて水平に水平部片3
を延出してあり、水平部片3の先端より内側方へ
向けて断面略逆U字状に湾曲した湾曲部片4を延
出し、湾曲部片4と連続させて湾曲部片4よりも
内側方へ断面略U字状に湾曲した被係合部片5を
設けてあり、被係合部片5の上端は湾曲部片4の
上面よりもかなり低く位置させられていると共に
被係合部片5の最下低部は傾斜部片2の上方に位
置している。又、他方の傾斜部片15の上部には
屈曲段部16が設けられており、傾斜部片15の
上端からは外側方へ向けて水平に覆い部片17を
延出し、覆い部片17の先端からは内側方へ向け
て湾曲する断面略U字状の係合部片8を下方へ垂
設してあり、係合部片8の先端からは内側方へ向
けて斜め下方へ水止め片18を延出してある。し
かして、まず水平部片3と湾曲部片4とをタイト
フレーム6の係止袋部7内に弾入して水平部片3
をタイトフレーム6上面に載置すると共に把み部
13によつて湾曲部片4を押圧し、これによつて
一方の屋根材本体1の一方側部がタイトフレーム
6に固定される。次に、第3図に破線で示すよう
に他方の屋根材本体1の水止め片18を湾曲部片
4の下に差込むようにし、他方の屋根材本体1を
水平に倒して第3図のようにその係合部片8を被
係合部片5の下面に係合させ、水止め片18の先
端を水平部片3に弾接させ、屈曲段部19を掛止
部14に引つ掛けて他方の屋根材本体1をタイト
フレーム6に固定し、この屋根材本体1の覆い部
片17によつてタイトフレーム6を覆うと共に両
屋根材本体1,1同志を接続する。このとき、係
合部片8の最下低部は傾斜部片2の上方に位置し
ており、係合部片8からは雨水は傾斜部片2の上
に落ちて速やかに排水される。又、水止め片18
の先端は水平部片3に弾接しているので水止め片
18よりも内方へ水分が浸入せず、水止め片18
と湾曲部片4との間に空所が形成されているので
毛細管現象によつて水分が浸入することもないの
である。尚、図示のように水止め片18の先端と
水平部片3との間や、湾曲部片4と係合部片8と

がよく、屋根板材が錆びたりしにくいものであ
る。又、水平部片の幅が小さくなつているため
に、係合部片を被係合部片に係合させて屋根板材
同志を接続するときの接続作業も行ない易いとい
う利点がある。
