(構成)
本発明は、比較的中広(30〜50mm)のポリエチレ
ンフィルムを巾方向に折畳んで巾約5〜8m+aとした
伸縮性テープが巻回されたテープコイルを複数個並列し
てなる並列テープボビンからテープに張力を掛けながら
