Abstract

PURPOSE:To protect a load shifting, by winding simultaneously a plurality of tapes wound off with a tensile strength from a parallel tape bobbin, on which a plurality of expansible tape coils are wound parallelly on a common core, around stacked freight to form a net. CONSTITUTION:On a tube or bar winding core 1, expansible tapes 3 are wound to make coils 2 which are wound in parallel with each other on a common core at required intervals 4 to form a parallel tape bobbin 5. The tapes are wound off, at the same time, around stacked freight 6 with a tensile strength to form a net, the both ends 1a, 1b of the winding core being held by hands.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for packing cargo (hereinafter referred to as IA cargo) in which box-like objects or bag-like objects are stacked in multiple stages.

(Prior art) A wide film (1,000 to 5,000 mm) is placed on the stacked cargo to prevent the cargo from collapsing and to prevent it from becoming soiled, as the cargo tends to collapse due to vibrations during transportation. Enveloping the entire body has been done, but this has the disadvantage of increasing material costs and not being easy to work with.

(Structure) The present invention is made by paralleling a plurality of tape coils wound with elastic tape made by folding a relatively medium-wide (30 to 50 mm) polyethylene film in the width direction to a width of about 5 to 8 m+a. Tension is applied to the tape from parallel tape bobbins and the tape is wound around the accumulated baggage in a mesh pattern.

巻着手段は手巻き又は自動巻きのどちらでもよい。The winding means may be either manual winding or automatic winding.

(Effects) Although the packaging method of the present invention does not have the effect of preventing stains like film wrap packaging, it can exhibit sufficient effects in preventing cargo from collapsing. In addition, it can be wound manually or automatically, and the material cost is half that of film wrap, making it extremely economical.
