Claims (1)
- 両側の振動板に２箇所ずつ合計４箇所の振動部
を形成した門形圧電磁器振動板をプリント基板又
は金属性電極板に半田又は、導電性接着剤を用い
て接続固定し、ケースで封止するか、あるいは圧
電磁器振動板の振動を妨げないように緩衝材で被
覆した後エポキシ樹脂等で封止するかした圧電磁
器共振子において、固有振動周波数の異なる複数
個の上記の門形圧電磁器振動板を並列に接続固定
したことを特徴とする圧電磁器共振子。
