In the unit bath, a mushroom-shaped engaging part consisting of a shaft part and a head is provided on one side of the wall panels to be joined to each other, and a wide opening that allows insertion and removal of the head of the engaging part on the other side. and a narrow opening that allows only the sliding of the shaft portion of the engaging portion, and a stepped mounting piece is provided at each end of the engaged portion. In addition, a peripheral edge portion is provided around the engaged portion and is sloped so that the narrow opening side is lower than the wide opening side, and the engaging portion is located in the middle of the narrow opening portion. The gist of this invention is to provide a clip formed with a constricted portion whose width is narrower than the width of the shaft portion.

When inserted into the wide opening of the raised engaged part and then slid to the lowered narrow opening of the sloping peripheral edge, the engaging part will slide along the slope of the engaged part. Only the shaft portion slides through the narrow opening, without the head being drawn into the narrow opening or coming out, allowing the engaging portion to be pulled toward the clip. Accordingly, the shaft portion of the engaging portion crosses over the constricted portion at the intermediate portion of the narrow opening portion, and
The constriction part, which is narrower than the width of the shaft part, prevents it from coming out to the wide opening side, making it easy to fit and join, so there is no need for space above the wall panel, making it easier to assemble four walls. It becomes much easier.

The surface decorative boards 211 of the inner wall boards 21 in b, 2c, 2e, 2f, 2g, and 2h are composed of noncombustible inorganic boards having a tile pattern surface. The inner wall plate 21 of the other wall panel 2d is molded from synthetic resin, and includes a plurality of storage recesses 23 for storing razor blades, shampoos, and other small items, and a column portion 24 reminiscent of the luxurious columns of Greek temples. is formed three-dimensionally, and a mirror 25 is also attached to the center. Furthermore, a shower (not shown) is provided between the pillar part 24 and the mirror 25, but the pillar part 24 is not just a decoration;
This serves to prevent the situation from falling into 1. The above-mentioned wall panels 2a to 2h are joined together to form a rectangular shape in plan view, and are attached to the upper edge 14 of the bus body 1 to form four walls 2. On top of these four walls 2 is a ceiling panel 3 as shown in FIG.
a and 3b are joined. In that case, the joining of wall panels is to connect the engaging portion 41 provided on one of the adjacent wall panels to the engaged portion 5 provided on the other wall panel.

The joint portion 51 is provided on the clip 5 shown in FIG. 3b, and is constructed by fixing the clip 5 to the side frame portions of the panel frames 22 of the wall panels 2a to 2h and the ceiling panels 3a and 3b. Ru. The shoulder screw 4 has a mushroom-shaped engaging portion 41 provided with a collar portion 42 and a screw 43, and the engaging portion 41 is connected to a shaft portion 411.
and a head 412. On the other hand, as is clear from FIG. 3b, the engaged portion 51 provided on the clip 5 is formed by connecting a wide opening 511 and a narrow opening 512, and the engaged portion 51 has two sides on both sides. The mounting pieces 52, 52 extend in a stepped manner, and the stepped portion 53 has a step on which the head 412 of the engaging portion 41 can slide. Then, around the engaged portion 51, a wide opening 51 is formed on the narrow opening 512 side.
A peripheral edge portion 514 is formed which is lower than the first side and slopes. Furthermore, a narrowed portion 513, 513 whose width is narrower than the outer diameter of the shaft portion 411 of the engaging portion 41 is formed in the middle portion of the narrow opening portion 512.

2, fix the mounting piece 52 of the clip 5 to the other panel with a stopper, etc., and attach the head 412 of the engaging part 41 to the engaged part 51 of the clip 5, as shown by the imaginary line in the figure. By inserting the engagement part 41 into the wide opening 511 and then shifting the relative positions of both panels, the shaft part 411 of the engaging part 41 is connected to the narrow part 513,
513 and sliding toward the narrow opening 512, which is lowered by the slope of the peripheral edge 514. In this case, the panels only move a small distance relative to each other, so that their movement requires little space. Further, the shaft portion 411 of the engaging portion 41 is
13 and once engaged as shown by the solid line in the figure, the shaft part 411 of the engaging part 41 has the advantage that it becomes difficult to slip out toward the raised wide opening 511 of the inclined peripheral part 514. . Furthermore, when the shaft portion 411 of the engaging portion 41 is engaged with the narrow opening 512 of the engaged portion 51 of the clip 5 as shown by the solid line in the figure, the head 412 cannot slip out from the narrow opening 512. Since the two panels fit together without any play, one panel is drawn toward the other panel to which the clip 5 is attached, and both panels are joined without any wobbling. The four walls 2 are assembled by performing such joining at a plurality of locations between the wall panels 2a to 2h, and the ceiling panels 3a and 3b are attached to the wall panels by similar joining means. In addition, both ceiling panels 3
a and 3b put their hands out from a ventilation hole (not shown) formed in one ceiling panel 3,
As shown in FIG. 5, they are connected with bolts and nuts 6 without any gaps.

In the illustrated example, the backing plate 7 is applied to the lower part of the overhanging portion 141 of the upper edge 14, and the backing plate 7 and the panel frame 2
The wall panel is attached by hammering in a metal frame 8 that spans the lower frame portion 221 of 2 as shown by the arrow in the figure. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, a synthetic resin plate 23 is provided at the lower end of the wall panel, and a waterproof tape 9 is interposed between this plate 23 and the upper edge 14 of the bus body 1. This will prevent moisture from escaping to the outside.

1 is the recess 2 of the panel frame 22 of the wall panel 2f
Both wall panels 2e and 2f are joined at right angles by being engaged with an engaged portion 51 provided on the wall panel 21.
A notch is formed between the panel frames 22, 22 of both wall panels 2e, 2f, an elastic waterproof tape 9 is inserted into this notch, and a joint material 91 is installed on top of this waterproof tape 9. has been done.
By doing this, the joint material 91 provides a water seal between the surface decorative boards 211, 211, and the joint material 91 is backed up by the waterproof tape 9, making it difficult for cracks to occur in the joint material 91. There are some advantages. The joint portions of the other wall panels 2g and 2h, 2a and 2b, and 2c and 2d have substantially the same structure.
