[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention is a high-temperature furnace, for example, a furnace that has an electric heating means in the furnace that heats materials at a temperature of 1400°C or higher. The temperature inside the furnace,
The present invention relates to a high-temperature furnace that has a simple and inexpensive configuration, can uniformly raise the temperature, and can accurately raise the temperature according to a heat curve.

(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, in a furnace that has an electric heating means in the furnace, it is necessary to make the temperature inside the furnace uniform in order to accurately raise the temperature inside the furnace according to a predetermined heat curve. .

For this purpose, a stirring fan was installed in the furnace, or a burner was installed at the bottom of the furnace, and the combustion gas was blown into the furnace to stir the atmosphere inside the furnace.

However, in the former case, the stirring fan is exposed to high temperatures and is easily damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to use an expensive heat-resistant material for the stirring fan, and the structure is also complicated. On the other hand, the latter type had similar problems because the burner was constantly exposed to high temperatures.

As a result of various studies to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the inventor of the present invention found that in a relatively low temperature range of up to about 700°C, heating in the furnace is mainly performed by convection heating, and in higher temperature ranges. In this case, it is mainly done by radiant heat, and only heating in the low temperature range needs to be done by convection heating.
It has been found that it is not necessarily necessary to install a burner or the like inside the furnace.

(Means to Solve the Problems) The present invention has been made based on the above-mentioned knowledge, and is a method for supplying hot air outside the heating furnace and into the main body in a high-temperature furnace having an electric heating means inside the furnace. A generator is provided, and the hot air temperature is controlled by a temperature control mechanism in conjunction with the furnace temperature until it reaches, for example, 700°C.

In Figures 1 and 2, 1 is a furnace body made of refractory material, 2 is a plurality of thermocouples provided on the ceiling of the furnace body 1, and 3 is an electric heater which is a heating means provided on the inner peripheral surface of the furnace. An exhaust port 4 is provided in the upper part of the side wall, and a hot air supply port 6 of a hot air generator 5 is opened in the tangential direction of the inner peripheral surface in the lower part of the furnace body 1.

The hot air generator 5 is installed outside the heating furnace, and the temperature of the hot air is set to about 700℃ by the temperature setting device 7.
It is controlled to a predetermined heat curve up to ℃. That is, by comparing the temperature signal from the thermocouple 2 installed on the ceiling of the furnace body 1 with the set temperature, the temperature inside the furnace is approximately 700°C according to the heat curve shown in FIG.
It is controlled together with the electric heater 3 until the temperature reaches 100, and in a temperature range higher than that, heating is performed only by the electric heater 3.

(Effects) As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, heating in the furnace in the low temperature range where convective heat transfer is dominant can be achieved by combining the electric heater inside the furnace and the hot air generator installed outside the furnace. It can be performed by hot air supply, and unlike conventional methods, stirring fans and burners are not installed inside the furnace, so there is no need to use expensive materials for the hot air generator, and the structure is simple and inexpensive, making it suitable for use in low temperature ranges. Temperature control can be performed accurately according to a predetermined heat curve, and failures can be reduced.
