[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a watch packaging which should be called an open package. Open means that the clock is visible, and the display part of the clock is covered with a transparent vinyl sheet or the like. In order to protect the watch in its packaged state, there needs to be an appropriate gap between the watch surface and the vinyl sheet. For this reason, conventionally it was necessary to hold down the area around the display with a cardboard box frame. If this is done, the most important outline of the watch will be hidden, making it difficult for the purchaser to select the design. This invention allows the entire outline of the watch to be seen even in an open case. The gist of the idea is that there is a protrusion on the back side of the watch, and that there is a middle plate that engages with the protrusion. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained using the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a conventional structure. 1 is the display of the watch, 2 is the movement, 3 is a box, 4 is a frame that is an extension of box 3, and 5 is a transparent sheet that wraps the watch while it is still in box 3. Reference numeral 6 is a gap formed by the frame 4, which widens the gap between the surface 7 and the sheet 5, and protects the watch from external forces. If this gap 6 were not provided, even a slight external force would damage the watch. The conventional example shown in FIG. 1 has the above-mentioned problem because the frame 4 hides the outline of the clock or a part thereof. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view according to the present invention. 8 is the core on the back of the watch, which is generally made up of the movement. Reference numeral 9 denotes a laterally projecting portion from near the end of the core 8. A space layer 10 is formed by the display section 1, the core 8, and the protruding section 9.
11 is a middle plate for supporting the clock, and is generally made of cardboard. The middle plate 11 is assembled so that there is a hole near the center and the core 8 passes through it. 1
Reference numeral 2 denotes a support portion whose edge of the hole enters the space layer 10 and is sandwiched between the display portion 1 and the projecting portion 9. This allows the watch to be supported by the middle plate 11. Reference numeral 13 denotes a member indicating another support method, which is inserted between the support portion 12 and the overhang portion 9. This makes the clock 1
1 is supported. The member 13 may be a packing material or a cylindrical battery used in watches. These supporting methods may be used alone or in combination. The middle plate 11 supporting the timepiece is fitted and held in the outer case 14. 15 is formed by folding an outer frame integral with the outer box 14. Reference numeral 16 denotes an end portion of the middle plate 11, which is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the outer frame 15. In order to insert the middle plate 11 into the outer box 14, it is sufficient to push it in while slightly elastically deforming the outer frame 15. After being assembled, the outer frame 15 covers the end portion 16, so the middle plate 11 with a clock does not move upward. The outer watch box 14 assembled in this manner is wrapped with a transparent sheet 5. Since the face 7 of the watch is positioned below the outer frame 15 of the outer case 14, an appropriate gap 6 is formed between the transparent sheets 5. Since the outer frame 15 holds down the middle plate 11, there is no need to hold down part of the surface of the watch as shown in FIG. 17 is the margin obtained using the above method. Even if there is no margin, the entire outline of the watch can be observed even if it is packaged, since there is no frame 4 that presses down on the watch from the surface. In addition to wrapping with the transparent sheet 5, a partially transparent sack may be used. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention, in which a shows the middle plate on which the watch is supported, b shows the outer box, and c shows the completed packaging. A clock 18 is supported by the middle plate 11. 19 is a claw equivalent to the end portion 16. When the middle plate 11 is pushed into the outer box 14, the outer box 14 is slightly bent in the direction of the arrow 20. Reference numeral 21 is a recessed hole provided near the bottom of the outer box 14, and the claw 19 on the middle plate is fitted into this hole 21 and supported. In this state, the cover box 22 to which the transparent sheet 5 is pasted is placed over from above. The entire outline of the clock 18 is clearly visible like this. FIG. 4 shows a watch section according to the present invention, with d showing a sectional view and e showing a back view. Reference numeral 23 denotes a mounting plate which integrally includes the core 8. Reference numeral 24 denotes a movement that is housed within the core 8 and positioned on the mounting plate 23. 2
5 is the back cover, and the hook 26 and screw 27 at the end of the core 8
It is fixed to the mounting plate 23 and sandwiches the movement 24. 28 is a hole through which a hanging nail passes. 10 is a space layer on which the intermediate plate 11 is supported. FIG. 4 shows an example in which the back cover 25 also serves as the projecting portion 9. FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the clock part according to the present invention, in which f is a sectional view and g is a perspective view of the main part. 29 is a central screw shaft of the movement 24, and 30 is a nut. Numeral 31 is a latch, which is sandwiched between the mounting plate 23 and the movement 24 by tightening the nut 30. 28 is a hanging hole. Reference numeral 31' indicates the extension of the latch 31 to the opposite side, and 31 and 31' form an overhanging part 9 and create a pair of spaces 10. 8' indicates the configuration of the core. FIG. 5 shows an example in which the latch 31 also serves as the projecting portion 9.

FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing another packaging embodiment. The middle plate 11 has an upwardly folded portion 31. Reference numeral 32 is a sack-shaped covered box with a transparent central portion 33 on the top surface. The edge 34 of 32 is located on the periphery and abuts the end of the folded-up portion 31 of the intermediate plate. Thus, a necessary gap 6 is formed and a sufficient margin 17 is created.
This embodiment reduces the number of packaging parts over the embodiment of FIG. There is a hole 35 in the bottom of the box 32 that corresponds to the hanging hole 28 in the overhanging part 9, and by inserting the hanging nails into the holes 35 and 28, the watch can be hung in its packaged condition, and can be used as is or not. It is convenient because it can be displayed at the store. A time mark may be attached to the middle plate surface 36 visible beyond the margin 17.
