断装置に関する。

ためには、給糸パーンから引き出された糸を、ス
ピンドルの中央導糸孔へ挿入する直前で切断すれ
ばよいが、従来の糸切断装置は、糸切れによつ
て、スピンドルの上部に設けたテンサーへ向けて
揺動するようにしてドロツプワイヤーを設け、こ
のドロツプワイヤーの先端部分に、第3図に示し
たようにV字形の糸案内部31を形成し、糸切れ
時、給糸パーンから引き出された糸32が糸案内
部31内にガイドされ、スピンドルから出た旋回
する糸の張力によつて、糸案内部31を形成する
部材と糸32とが摩擦し、糸32に強い撚りをか
けることによつてこの糸32を切断するよう構成
されていた。

か切断できないといつた事態も生じていた。 そこで、給糸パターンから引き出された糸をス
ピンドルの中央導糸孔に吸引される直前で確実に
切断することを目的として考案したのが本考案二
重撚糸機における糸切断装置である。

とで刃を形成したもので、糸切れ時、給糸パター
ンの糸を糸案内路に導き、糸が糸案内路内の最深
部に達した時に、旋回力を受けた糸の力で糸を刃
に押し付け、糸に加わる張力で糸を切断するよう
に構成した。

れぞれ半長円形の切込みを設け、その両切込みに
より生じた舌片6,6をそれぞれ側方へ向けて開
口するようにして押し開き、糸案内路7,7を形
成してある。また、このガイド片5から押し開い
た舌片6,6の根元部分には、ガイド片5と舌片
6,6とで刃8,8が形成してある。更に、ガイ
ド片5は、半円形状の先端部分がテンサーベース
12に接触するよう屈曲してあり、糸を糸案内路
7,7へ確実に捕えることができるようにしてあ
る。このようにして形成した糸切断部10は、左
右が対称形をなすようにし、かつ、糸案内路7,
7がテンサーベース12の周方向に向けて開口さ
れて接続片4に固定してあり、これによりスピン
ドル1の回転方向に制限されないで使用できるよ
うに構成してある。11は給糸パーン,12はテ
ンサーベース,13はスピンドル1の導糸孔で公
知の技術とかわるところはなく、糸切断部10で
切断した糸の給糸パーン11側の端部は、ガイド
片5の下位に設けたベルベツトフアスナー14で
