Polyether-based polyurethane adhesives are inexpensive and have excellent water resistance and low-temperature properties, but they do not have very good heat resistance or light resistance. This is because it has many ether bonds and methylene chains with low cohesive energy, so its cohesive strength as an adhesive does not increase, and also because ether bonds are inherently susceptible to being broken by light.

On the other hand, polyester-based polyurethane adhesives allow the structure of repeating units in the polyester structure to be varied in a variety of ways, allowing them to meet a variety of requirements, but they have poor hot water resistance because the ester bonds are hydrolyzable.

In recent years, polycarbonate-based polyurethane adhesives have come into practical use as polyurethane adhesives with excellent durability. This is because the polycarbonate structure has the advantages of higher cohesive strength than polyether and superior hydrolysis resistance compared to polyester.

If the flexibility is not sufficient, the texture of the laminate will be poor, and the laminate will peel off with wrinkles when peeled off, resulting in the laminate peeling off with a crunch. At low temperatures, it becomes even less flexible.

Examples include glycerin. Further, regarding the specific operation method for obtaining the above-mentioned polyurethane polyol, a known urethanization reaction technique is used. For example, after mixing a polycarbonate polyol with a number average molecular weight of 600 to 5,000 and optionally a low molecular weight compound having active hydrogen, and preheating the mixture to approximately 40 to 100°C, the number of isocyanate groups relative to the number of active hydrogen atoms in these compounds is determined. ratio(
It can be obtained by adding an amount of organic diisocyanate such that NeoloH) is 1 or less and reacting at 50 to 120°C for several hours. The above reaction may be carried out in the presence of an organic solvent inert to incyanate groups. If desired, conventional urethanization catalysts such as organotin compounds, tertiary amines, etc. may be used. If the manufacturing process is carried out in the presence of an organic solvent, it is advantageous to determine the amount of organic solvent used such that the solids content of the final mixture is approximately 10-90% by weight, preferably 20-80% by weight.

In the present invention, the adhesive can be made only from a polyurethane polyol obtained by reacting a polycarbonate polyol whose main repeating unit is a group represented by the formula CI) in the molecule with an organic diisocyanate, but it has high heat resistance and hot water resistance. When an improvement in the adhesive properties is expected, it is preferable to use an adhesive containing as a curing agent a compound having a small number (at least three) of groups that can react with the hydroxyl groups in the polymer.

When a curing agent is used in the adhesive of the present invention, the blending ratio of the main resin and the curing agent is in the range of 1 to 20, especially 1 to 10, in terms of the equivalent ratio of all isocyanate groups in the curing agent to all hydroxyl groups in the main resin (NCOloH). preferable. If the equivalent ratio is less than 1, the heat resistance will be poor and, for example, in a dry laminated film for food packaging, delamination during retort treatment and a decrease in adhesive strength after retort treatment will occur, and if it exceeds 20, the adhesive strength will decrease. Flexibility is also lost, but this is due to the increased hardness of the adhesive as the incyanate increases, causing stress effects to be carried through at the adhesive interface.

Polyester (polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate J, polyamide (nylon), thermoplastic resin such as polyurethane, phenol resin, melamine resin, synthetic resin such as urea electrode side, natural rubber or synthetic rubber,
Suitable for bonding metals such as aluminum, copper, and iron, fibers such as knitted and woven fabrics, and non-woven fabrics, as well as leather, wood, glass, and ceramics. In particular, because it has the above-mentioned features, it can be applied to a wide range of applications such as adhesion of packaging materials for foods and medicines, adhesion of base fabric and skin material in synthetic leather, and lamination of fibers or plastic films. In particular, high temperature sterilization treatment with hot water of 100 to 140°C is required, and vinegar, salt 1. It is necessary to store foods such as salad oil for a long period of time, and for this reason, materials with poor adhesion such as polyester or boria fluoride film - metal foil such as aluminum - polyolefin film or polyolefin film - polyamide film etc. It is ideal as an adhesive for packaging materials for retort food, which requires laminate.

To prepare a film for measuring the ress -5train curve, this adhesive was cast on a release paper, dried at 50°C, and then left at the same temperature for 3 days to fully cure. The thickness of the resulting film was about 60μ. A 5 tess-strain curve is shown in FIG. Next, in order to laminate a polyethylene terephthalate film with a thickness of 1.2μ, an aluminum foil with a thickness of 9μ and a corona-treated unstretched polypropylene film with a thickness of 50μ as adherends, the above adhesive composition was first applied. Polyethylene terephthalate film is coated with a dry laminator to reduce the solid content to about 3. After coating to give Oy/rd and volatilizing the solvent, the adhesive surface was aligned with the surface of the aluminum foil. Apply the same adhesive solution to the other side of the aluminum foil using a dry laminator at a solid content of approximately 3.0μ
It was applied so as to form a shoulder, and after the solvent was evaporated, the adhesive surface was aligned with an unstretched polypropylene film.

・Hot water resistance and chemical resistance test In the hot water resistance test, the test piece was placed in a 50CC autoclave with water, and after being treated at 120°C for 5 hours, a T-peel test was conducted to examine the state of peeling and strength. In the chemical resistance test, a test piece was immersed in a 495 acetic acid aqueous solution at 25° C. for 4 weeks, and then a peel test was performed.

- The 5tress-stain curve of the flexible adhesive itself was measured, and the texture of the laminate film obtained by laminating it using it was determined. Furthermore, flexibility was determined by the appearance of peeling in each of the above peel tests.

The smaller the modulus at 0% elongation, the greater the flexibility of the bonded laminate.
As can be seen from the figure, the adhesive based on the polyurethane polyol obtained by reacting the polycarbonate polyol whose main repeating unit is a group represented by the formula CI according to the present invention with an organic diisocyanate is a conventional polycarbonate-based polyurethane adhesive. Both the initial elastic modulus and the modulus upon elongation are lower than that of polyurethane derived from IJ (1,6-hexanediol) carbonate (curve (C) in FIG. 1), which is a representative example of the above. This was also confirmed by the flexibility observation results shown in Table 2 (Comparative Example 1).

In addition, the number average molecular weight of the base agent was 3.000 mm.
Even if it is greater than 70,000, the adhesive strength is poor. Furthermore, if the number average molecular weight of the base resin exceeds 70,000, it becomes difficult to uniformly coat the adherend.
