As is well known, gas turbines differ from diesel engines in that they are speed-type expansion engines, and are continuous combustion engines, so the amount of intake air is continuous, and the flow rate is large. If the gas duct outlet is blocked and the back pressure becomes high (e.g. approximately 300 mmAq), abnormal combustion will occur, resulting in self-excited vibration (surging), which may shorten the life of the gas turbine. There is also. In particular, gas turbine exhaust gas is
In the case of non-regenerative gas turbines, even after the turbine rotor blades are driven, they must be sufficiently expanded, and if back pressure is generated in the exhaust gas turbine that suppresses the amount of expansion, it will be difficult to start the turbine. It turns out. Moreover, as mentioned above, since the gas turbine is a continuous combustion engine, it is also sensitive to the air resistance of exhaust gas.

By the way, in recent years, gas turbines have come to be employed as emergency power generation equipment. Such emergency power generation equipment must be able to start up reliably and demonstrate its performance in the event of abnormal weather such as a typhoon or heavy snowfall.

Based on this technical background, the applicant:
Regarding the outlet of exhaust gas duct for gas turbine, we have already made a proposal as Utility Model Application No. 143139/1983. In this proposal, the outlet of the exhaust gas duct is opened approximately horizontally, and a first filter with a coarse mesh on the outside and a second filter with a fine mesh on the inside are arranged side by side at the outlet, and a space is created between these filters. This is a structure in which a drop opening is opened in the space.

However, in the case of such a proposal, the exhaust gas would be discharged to the side, and in such a case, depending on the wind direction, the discharge of exhaust gas would be hindered and the back pressure would increase. When an ejector exhaust structure is used for ventilation, the amount of secondary air in the exhaust gas decreases, causing problems with various cooling devices installed inside the gas turbine chamber. In addition, in the case of such side exhaust, if there is a building near the exhaust duct, the influence of the wind will be reduced, but it has been found that there is a problem in that the exhaust gas can damage the building with heat and carbon.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention was created to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art, and to reduce the pressure fluctuations in the exhaust gas duct for a gas turbine, and to promote the exhaust action by the atmosphere, especially in abnormal weather conditions, or This is intended to prevent the back pressure from increasing and stabilize the back pressure in the turbine rotor blades.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The structure of the present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 is an external front view of a 400KVA emergency power generation facility that is an embodiment of the present invention.
The generator-directly coupled gas turbine is housed within an entire enclosure (cubicle) 1 to prevent noise generated by the gas turbine drive. 2 is the air intake port,
Reference numeral 3 indicates an intake passage, 4 indicates an exhaust gas duct (vertical flue), and 5 indicates a flexible connector that communicates the exhaust gas duct 4 with the overall enclosure 1. Note that a silencer consisting of a large number of curved guide vanes 6, 7' is built into the rising portion and the ceiling portion of the exhaust gas duct 4, respectively, to smooth the flow of the exhaust gas. Further, ventilation for cooling the inside of the entire enclosure 1 is performed by the effluent effect of the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust gas duct 4, and an oil cooler (not shown) is interposed in the ventilation flow, and the oil is Cooling is in progress. In the case of this embodiment, if a resistance of several tens of mmAq is generated in the exhaust gas, the cooling performance will be impaired, so such resistance is prevented from occurring.

The exhaust gas duct 4 is formed of a flue with a rectangular horizontal cross section (1.3 m x 1.5 m □, height 5 m), and the inside of the duct 4 is lined with a heat insulating material, and as mentioned above, a built-in silencer is installed to reduce the noise caused by the exhaust. Preventing. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the air outlet 7 of the duct 4 has a horizontal short passage 8 with a rectangular vertical cross section projecting therefrom, and the outer ends of the short passage 8 are connected to left and right side plates 9, 9. The front plate 10 inclined forward also overhangs the formed hopper body 11. Therefore, the short passage 8 is connected to the side opening 16 of the hopper body 11.
It communicates with Upper opening 1 of the hopper body 11
2 is an opening larger than the cross-sectional area of the short passage 8;
The lower opening 13 is smaller than the upper opening 12. Furthermore, a rain gutter 14 that is slightly inclined is provided at the lower end of the front plate 10.

Since this embodiment has the above structure, the emergency power generation equipment is installed indoors, and the exhaust gas duct 4 is installed outdoors. The turbine rotor blades of the gas turbine of the installation communicate directly with the exhaust gas duct 4. Even if the weather is windy, snowy, or rainy when the equipment is out of operation, the snow does not accumulate on the hopper body 11 and falls from the lower opening 13, and the amount of rain that flows down the front plate 10 also rains. Gutter 14
, and neither of them enters the exhaust gas duct 4 and, of course, does not enter the turbine rotor blades. And it is always ready to start. Furthermore, even if wind blows from the side, especially during operation, the outlet 7 of the exhaust gas duct 4 is surrounded by the hopper body 11, which acts as a barrier against the wind blowing in. Furthermore, since the outlet 7 of the exhaust gas duct 4 is opened substantially horizontally, during operation of the gas turbine, the exhaust gas is first released horizontally, and then is divided vertically and exits into the atmosphere. The discharge is unobstructed and does not create back pressure.

The sideways opening of the exhaust gas duct for the gas turbine is communicated with the side opening of the hopper body, which has upper and lower openings, and the upper opening of the hopper body is larger than the outlet, so rain and snow can be removed. falls without entering the exhaust gas duct, and
Even when the wind is blowing sideways, the hopper body acts as a barrier and prevents the wind from entering the exhaust gas duct.Furthermore, the wind blowing down from above naturally passes through the opening at the bottom, so it also prevents the wind from entering the exhaust gas duct. There's nothing to do. Therefore, the gas turbine can be started and operated stably without inducing pressure fluctuations in the exhaust gas duct. Moreover, when the exhaust gas is discharged from the outlet, it is discharged into the atmosphere through the hopper body, so the discharge is not hindered, that is, the back pressure is not increased. In addition, since there is no rainwater intrusion, there is no possibility of rust forming on the gas turbine.
