PURPOSE:To increase the quantity of heat of supplied outside air on the occasion of its passing through a humidifier and thereby to improve the effect of humidification by a construction wherein a blower for circulation of an exhaust flow from the inside of a room which supplies part of the exhaust flow to the humidifier is disposed on the inlet side of the exhaust flow into a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Indoor air A taken in from an intake port 2 by a blower 7 for exhaust passes through a heat exchanger 8 and is exhausted as an exhaust flow B from a blowoff port 5 onto the outdoor side. Simultaneously, part of the indoor air taken in from the intake port 2 is supplied to an air-vaporization type humidifier 9 by a blower 10 for circulation. Besides, outdoor air C taken in from an intake port 4 passes through the heat exchanger 8 and is subjected to heat exchange with the exhaust flow, and it is mixed with the indoor air discharged from the blower 10 for circulation on the discharge side of a blower 6 for supplying air, passes through the air- vaporization type humidifier 9 to be humidified effectively and is supplied as a supplied air flow D from a blowoff port 3 into the room.
