Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the trouble of the assembly, etc., of a frame body, and to obtain a concrete structure easily by using a molded tabular body made of a synthetic resin and employing a structure container storing crushed stone, sand, iron, slag, etc., besides concrete as a filler. CONSTITUTION:Concrete is placed gradually into the placing container 1a of a synthetic resin container 1 for a structure formed of a synthetic resin, etc., molded as a whole, and a concrete block covered with a synthetic resin board is shaped by utilizing adhesion generated on the outer surface of hardened concrete without mold-releasing hardened concrete from the inner surface of the container 1. A joining section 1c is installed at the arbitrary position of a placing-container bottom 1b, and a reinforcing-material fixing section 2 to which a reinforcing material 3 is fastened is mounted at an arbitrary location on the inside of the placing container 1a. Accordingly, the concrete structure can be manufactured at low cost in a short term only by placing concrete at the field of execution.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a container for pouring concrete, and is extremely effective in shortening the construction period and reducing costs. [Conventional technology] Conventionally, when concrete blocks are used for earth retaining works, bank protection works, foot protection works, etc., steel forms have been assembled to form the frame for placing the concrete blocks. However, due to the frame body, it was difficult and time-consuming to form, the manufacturing cost was high, and the shape could also be uneven. This resulted in the inconvenience of not only prolonging the construction period due to assembly and demolding of the frame, but also uneven precision of the concrete blocks. [Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention] Therefore, in the present invention, (1) a concrete casting container that can solve the above-mentioned conventional disadvantages; (2) In addition to the concrete of this embodiment, crushed stone, sand, The purpose is to provide a container for storing iron, slag, etc., and its structure is entirely made of molded synthetic resin. If necessary, a reinforcing material fixing part 2 capable of fixing a reinforcing material 3 inside the container, and reinforcing materials included in the members of the container itself are provided as appropriate. Example] Next, one embodiment of the present invention will be explained according to the embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 is a container made entirely of molded synthetic resin or the like, and a reinforcing material fixing part 2 may be formed inside the container. For convenience, the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are examples of the present invention, which form a so-called box-shaped concrete block. Fig. 2 shows the so-called long object in Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 shows the so-called elongated object in the vertical direction in Fig. 1. An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 above. Concrete is gradually poured into the bottom 1b of the container L, and without removing the hardened concrete from the inner surface of the container L, the adhesive force generated on the outer surface of the hardened concrete is used to cover it with a synthetic resin plate. Use the concrete blocks as wooden products. Further, in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the desired concrete product is a case where the bottom of the pouring container 1b>the wall 1a of the pouring container.
In this case, by providing the joint portion 1c at an arbitrary location on the bottom 1b of the pouring container, it is convenient when transporting the container 1 from the manufacturing site to the construction site. Of course, at the construction site,
The pair of left and right container pieces form a container 1 for actual pouring at the joint 1c, concrete is poured, and after curing, it is used as a product as it is. Furthermore, in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. The desired concrete product is a case where the bottom of the pouring container 1b is smaller than the wall la of the pouring container. In this case, it is conceivable that the concrete wall 1a of the container 1, in particular, may expand from side to side due to the pressure of the concrete. Therefore, a reinforcing material fixing part 2 is internally installed at an arbitrary location on the pouring container wall 1a, and a reinforcing material 3 is placed therein. This reinforcing material 3 can prevent the poured container wall 1a of the container l from expanding from side to side due to the pressure during concrete pouring. On the other hand, it goes without saying that this reinforcing material 3 has a so-called reinforcement function. In order to maintain the reinforcing function, in addition to the reinforcing material 3 described above, it is also possible to arrange a reinforcing material (not shown) inside the pouring container wall 1a and the pouring container wall 1b. Furthermore, in addition to the concrete used in this example, crushed stone, sand, iron, slag, etc. may be used as the filler. The synthetic resin forming the container l is preferably a base material made of, for example, a craft bonded resin of polyolefin resin and polystyrene resin, and in order to obtain the container l using such resin, , usually by injection molding. Note that it is desirable that the reinforcing material fixing part 2 be molded integrally with the container l. The container l formed of the resin described above can exhibit excellent compressive strength, and it is possible to obtain concrete coated with a synthetic resin plate by curing the concrete in the container l as it is after pouring it. be. The container according to the present invention can be constructed in combination with a steel frame, but in that case, it goes without saying that the steel frame must be demolded. Note that since the container according to the present invention is made of synthetic resin, it goes without saying that it can be easily implemented in various shapes other than those shown in the drawings. [Effects] According to the container according to the present invention constructed as described above, since the entire container is made of synthetic resin, the necessary concrete structure can be constructed simply by immediately pouring concrete at the construction site. This is an extremely useful invention that can be produced very easily. The present invention has the following effects. l Also, since this container is made of synthetic resin, its external shape can be molded to any desired shape, making it possible to obtain uniform containers through mass production. 2 Unlike conventional formwork, there is no need for demolding work, reducing costs and construction time. 3 The main container part will be the surface of the structure, but since this main container part is produced in advance at the factory, there will be no unsightliness such as chipping of the surface. 4 Furthermore, since this container does not require integrity when removed, it can be divided into smaller parts, making it convenient to carry. 5. Unlike the frame material, this container is integrated with the main body and can be used only once, so there is no need for repair costs. 6. Since the required amount of reinforcing bars can be incorporated into the structure, for example, the reinforcing material fixing part 2, within this container, there is no need to further assemble reinforcing bars for the main body cochlear part on site, which saves time and effort. It can be estimated. 7. Applying the necessary coloring to the surface of this container is useful for environmental conservation. 8. This is a useful invention that contributes to the reuse of industrial waste by using crushed stone, sand, iron, slag, etc. as a substitute for concrete. In this way, by manufacturing a concrete structure using the present container of the present invention, the bond with the internal concrete becomes strong, and on the other hand, it contributes to the treatment of industrial waste,
Furthermore, it is a useful invention that can significantly shorten the construction period.
