As shown in FIG. 1, a cylindrical piston 3, which is an output member, is fitted into each of the twelve cylinder holes 2b. This piston 3 has a spherical convex portion on the swash plate 112 side,
A piston shoe 31 whose one end is a concave portion corresponding to this spherical convex portion is freely held. piston shoe 3
1 has a cylindrical shape with a large diameter part and a small diameter part, and has the above-mentioned recess on the end face side of the small diameter part. As this piston shoe 31 slides in an arc on the ring 114 of the swash plate 112, the piston 3 moves relatively back and forth within the cylinder hole 2b of the rotor 2.
The rotor 2 rotates within the housing 1. At this time, the small diameter portions of the twelve piston shoes 31 are regulated by the guide ring 115, and the trajectory of the piston shoes 31 is kept constant. The rotation of the rotor 2 due to this relative reciprocating motion of the piston 3 is due to the hydraulic pressure of the first hydraulic passage 13a which is received by one end of the piston 3. Also, inside this piston 3, there is a hole 3a with a large diameter and a passage 3b with a small diameter that follows the hole 3a.
There is a hole penetrating the shaft consisting of a ring 114 and a piston shoe 3 for guiding supplied oil to the piston shoe 31.

Pressure oil is supplied to the first hydraulic passage 13a of the third housing 13 from a hydraulic source (not shown). That is, in FIG. 3, pressure oil is also supplied to the side supply passage. Therefore, in FIG. 2, pressure oil is supplied to the right half of the cylinder hole 2b. This pressure oil presses the right half of the piston 3 in the leftward direction in FIG. 1, and the piston shoe 31 slides due to the inclination of the swash plate 112, thereby applying rotational force to the rotor 2. The rotated cylinder hole 2b moves to the left in FIG. 2, and pressure oil is discharged from the second hydraulic passage 13b shown in FIG. 3. Due to the action of this pressure oil, the rotor 2 moves to the piston 3.
The piston shoe 31 rotates by sliding in an arc on the swash plate 112. Due to this rotation of the rotor 2, the inner circumferential surface of the rotor 2 also rotates, and the working space 2C for the pump shown in FIG.
expands and contracts to perform the well-known action of a pump.

The hydraulic pump 81 is driven by an on-vehicle travel engine 82, sucks hydraulic oil from an oil tank 83, and sends pressure oil to a hydraulic motor-type pump 90. The hydraulic pump 81 is a variable displacement hydraulic pump that can continuously change the discharge volume using a displacement control valve 81a, and maintains the discharge flow rate constant regardless of fluctuations in the rotational speed of the engine 82, or controls the discharge volume according to a signal from the control tII device 84. Flow rate can be changed. Reference numeral 85 indicates hydraulic piping, including a hydraulic pump 81 and a hydraulic motor-type pump 9.
0, oil tank 83 is connected.

On the other hand, on the refrigeration cycle side, the refrigerant compressed by a hydraulic motor-type pump 90 passes through a refrigerant pipe 86 and is cooled and liquefied by a condenser 87. Moisture etc. are removed by a receiver 88, the pressure is reduced by an expansion valve 89, and the surrounding air is transferred to an evaporator 91. It takes heat from the pump, vaporizes it, and returns to the hydraulic motor-type pump 90.

[Effects] The fluid motor type pump of the present invention includes a housing, a rotor that is rotatably held within the housing, has a pump chamber therein, and has at least a portion of its outer circumferential surface partitioning a portion of an operating space for the motor; an output member that is held within the housing and defines an operating space for the motor together with the rotor; and a shaft core portion that is arranged within the pump chamber to form an operating space for the pump and that has both ends fixed to the housing. The output member and the rotor constitute a fluid motor section, the rotor and the shaft core section constitute a pump section, the fluid motor section rotates the rotor, and the rotor By adopting the configuration in which the pump section is driven by the rotation of the fluid motor and the pump, the space required for the fluid motor and the pump alone is sufficient for the fluid motor alone, and the space can be reduced.
