給気入口側に設けられ、かつ過給された高温の給
気を各給気通路に分配する入口側タンク部、およ
び熱交換部における給気出口側に設けられ、かつ
各給気通路を連通する間に冷却された給気を集合
させる出口側タンク部を備えたインタークーラー
において、 両タンク部の内面に、波形防音プレートが、そ
の波頭部および波底部のうちいずれか一方で固着
され、同他方の長さ方向の両端がタンク部内面に
固着された部分よりも突出しており、防音プレー
トの波頭部および波底部がタンク部内における給
気の流れ方向と直角をなす方向に伸びているイン
