In addition, construction was done from the back side, requiring back scaffolding, making the construction time-consuming. For this reason, the present inventor has already established the fixing 14c9 from the fixing recess 6' on the surface side of the heat insulating panel A'', as shown in Figure #8.
is poured into the base material 8 and fixed, and the adjacent insulation panel A''
proposed a structure in which the fixing recess wS6 is covered by the cover part 5 to hide the fasteners 9 and the heat insulating panels A'' are joined together. It is not exposed on the surface side and fits well,
Moreover, although the construction is superior in construction efficiency since it is constructed from the front side, the tip of the cover part 5 is loose and the impact resistance is poor, making it vulnerable to external forces. In addition, wind enters the space between the cover part 5 and the fixing recess 6 through the joint 19, causing the joint to become crowded and resulting in poor insulation. There was a problem that the water would seep in and rise. The present invention was made in order to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to allow construction from the front side, to have excellent workability, to have a good appearance, and to have resistance to external forces. An object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure of heat insulating panels that does not allow rainwater to enter or wind to enter, and a heat insulating panel that can be used in the joint structure.

The cover portion 5 is made to protrude toward the front surface of the other end of the panel body 4, and a fixing recess 6 extending to the end face is formed on the surface side of the other end of the panel body 4. The joint structure of the heat insulating panel of the present invention is such that a heat insulating material 3 is filled between the metal plate 1 on the front side and the metal plate 2 on the back side to form a panel body. 4, and the cover part 5 protrudes laterally from the surface side of the -ill end of the panel body 4, and extends to the end face on the surface side of the other end of the panel body 4. A fixing recess 6 is formed, a step 7 is provided protruding from the base of the fixing recess 6 on one end side of the panel body 4 to form a heat insulating panel A, and a fixing tool 9 is attached to the fixing recess 6. This groove is used to fix the insulation panel A1 to the base material 8 by inserting a groove into the groove. The above problem has been solved by the above-mentioned configuration. [Function] The fixing tool 9 is driven into the base material 8 from the fixing recess 6 to fix the heat insulating panel A1 to the base material 8, and the cover portion of the heat insulating panel A2 adjacent to the surface of the stepped portion 7 of the fixing recess 6 is fixed. Since the rear surfaces of the tips of the parts 5 and 5 are placed close to each other, construction can be performed from the front side, resulting in excellent workability.Furthermore, the fixing tool 9 is covered by the cover part 5 and is not exposed to the outside, resulting in a compact appearance. Since the fixing tool 9 is inserted into the fixing recess 6, the metal plate 1 on the front side does not peel off, and the cover part 5 can be placed on the step 7 of the fixing recess 6. As a result, the impact resistance of the cover part 5 is ensured, the resistance to external force is increased at the joint part, and the intrusion of rainwater and wind are prevented. [Example] As the metal plate 1.2, a colored galvanized iron plate, a colored aluminum plate, a colored aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a titanium steel plate, etc. are adopted. A foamable synthetic resin material such as hard polyurethane or polyisocyanurate containing polyol, incyanate, catalyst, blowing agent, etc. is injected between the upper and lower metal plates 1.2, and is foamed to fill the insulation material 3. A panel main body 4 is formed. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the metal plate 1.2 is bent and a cover Wh5 is provided to protrude laterally from the surface side of one end of the panel body 5. A fitting opening 10 is recessed on the back side, and a convex portion 14 is formed by projecting the joint 13 of the metal plate 1.2 on the back side of the fitting recess 10. A fixing recess 6 extending all the way to the end face is formed on the front side of the other end of the panel body 4, and the base of this fixing recess 6, which is on the one end side of the panel body 4, is provided with a front surface side. A stepped portion 7 with a height that does not reach up to 100 mm is provided protrudingly, and a groove portion 18 is formed approximately in the center. A fitting convex portion 11 extends laterally from the tip of the fixing recess 6.
is formed, and a metal plate 1. is formed on the back side of this fitting convex portion 11.
A recessed portion 16 is provided at the joint 15 of the two. A packing 17 is attached to the fitting recess 10 and the recess 16. As shown in FIG. 2, one of the adjacent heat insulating panels A1 is fixed to the base material 8 by inserting a fixing tool 9 into the groove 18 of the fixing recess 6 from the front side, and this heat insulating panel A The tip of the cover part 5 of the heat insulating panel A2 adjacent to the surface of the step part 7 of the fixing recess 6 has a joint part 19 of a predetermined width.
is arranged to cover the fixing tool 9, and the fitting protrusion 11
The fitting recess 10 and the protrusion 14 and recess 16 are fitted and joined. The thickness T of the cover part 5 is equal to the step part 7 of the fixing recess 6.
Since the depth D is smaller than the depth D at , a slight gap is formed between the tip of the cover part 5 and the stepped part 7. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, an enlarged portion 12 protruding toward the surface side is provided at the tip of the fitting convex portion 11, and when joined, the enlarged portion 12 as shown in FIG. 4 is provided. According to 12,
The watertightness of the fitting between the fitting protrusion 11 and the fitting recess 10 is improved. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the tip of the fitting protrusion 11 is bent toward the surface side, and even in this embodiment, when joined, as shown in FIG. As shown, the fitting convex portion 11 and the fitting l! Watertightness is improved in one part of the fitting part. Although the above embodiments all show so-called horizontal joining, the present invention is also applicable to vertical joining. Effect of the invention 1 In the present invention, a panel main body is formed by filling a heat insulating material between a front metal plate and a back metal plate, and The cover portion is made to protrude toward the panel body, and a fixing recess extending to the end face is formed on the surface side of the other end of the panel body, and a stepped portion is formed at the base of the fixing recess on the one end side of the panel body. Since the insulation panel is formed into a groove by protruding, a fixing tool is driven into the fixing recess to fix the insulation panel to the base material, and the cover part of the insulation panel adjacent to the step surface of the fixing recess is inserted. By arranging the tip of the fixing tool, it can be installed from the front side, which improves workability. Also, the fixing tool is covered by the cover and is not exposed to the outside, giving a good appearance. Because the fixing tool is inserted, the front metal plate is integrally fixed to the base material together with the back metal plate, and it will not peel off over a long period of time. Since the cover part is arranged in a stepped part, the impact resistance of the cover part is ensured by the step part, and the resistance against external force is increased at the joint part, and the insulation property is ensured by preventing the intrusion of rainwater or wind. It is.
