It is written on the page. The reason for using the speed rate control system is that the acceleration of the entire motor control system is determined by the comprehensive drive including not only the torque generated by the motor but also the load and friction torque.

The allowable value of the phase delay amount varies depending on the shaft vibration frequency to be suppressed. The phase delay of the generated torque with respect to the current command is determined by the electrical time constant of the motor. The electric time constant of the electric motor is large, for example, about 20 to 30 m5, which limits the shaft vibration frequency that can be suppressed. Therefore, there is a problem in that it is not possible to effectively suppress the shaft vibration of the shaft that connects the electric motor and the load.

The response time constant of the current control system is much smaller than the electrical time constant of the motor, and can be designed arbitrarily. Therefore, the phase delay of the motor-generated torque with respect to the current command value can be reduced, and shaft vibration can be effectively suppressed.

It outputs variable voltage alternating current, and in the case of a direct current machine, it outputs variable voltage direct current. As a result of controlling the output voltage of the power converter 1, the speed of the electric motor 2 is controlled to be proportional to the speed command value ω*. The deviation between R* and the speed rate detection value ωR is input, and a current command value ω is output according to the deviation. Current command value *
has a waveform that gradually increases when the speed command value ω changes in a stepwise manner, and gradually decreases when the motor speed ω is accelerated to a certain extent. The current command value and the detected current value are compared with the polarity shown, and the deviation is input to the current controller 10. Thereafter, the speed control of the electric motor 2 is performed in the same manner as in the above case.

The phase delay of the motor generated torque is determined by the response time constant of the current controller 10, as will be described later. The electrical time constant of the electric motor 2 is much larger than the response time constant of the current controller 10, and is nonlinear because it changes depending on the magnitude of the load (the magnitude of the current 2). If the phase delay can be determined only by the response time constant of the current controller 10, the phase delay will be reduced and linearized, so that shaft vibration suppression control can be performed stably and effectively.

c is the response time constant Tc of the current control system, and the current controller 1
It can be set arbitrarily by setting the integral time constant T1 to 0. The integral time constant Tz of the current controller 10 can be set by the resistor R4 and the capacitor C8, and can be set to a response time constant of several ms. The time constant Tr is one order of magnitude smaller than the electrical time constant TE of the motor 2, and is linear. Therefore, the phase delay of the electrician (the torque generated by the electric motor 2) with respect to the current command value It becomes small, and shaft vibration (particularly on the load 4 side) can be effectively suppressed. Such a relationship can be expressed as a transfer function as shown in FIG.

On the other hand, the current rate detection value detected by the current rate calculator 15 is compared with the output signal of the current controller 10, and the deviation thereof is input to the current rate controller 16. The current controller 10 usually has a limiter function, and its output signal becomes the current rate command value IR umbrella.

The control response time constant of the current control system is much smaller than the electrical time constant of the motor, and can be made linear. As a result, shaft vibration can be suppressed stably and effectively by speed rate control.
