[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] This invention provides an attic system that simultaneously exhausts polluted indoor air to the outside and supplies fresh outdoor air into the room through a built-in heat exchanger. This relates to air conditioning ventilation equipment of the type installed in spaces, etc. [Prior Art] The above-mentioned conventional air conditioning ventilation system is known as
The configuration is as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. -41745. That is, as shown in the plan view of FIG. 5 and the side view of FIG. I have it. An exhaust blower 22 is built into one ventilation path, and a supply air blower 23 is built into the other ventilation path. The indoor opening end of each ventilation path is arranged adjacent to the lower surface of the main body casing 20, so that both the outside air is supplied and the indoor air is sucked into the room from the air supply/exhaust panel 24. The heat exchanger 21 has a prismatic laminated structure and is built into the box-shaped main body casing 20 so as to be rotatably supported at one corner of the box-shaped main casing 20 with a phase angle of about 45 degrees. Bure filters 25 and 26 for exhaust air and air supply are removably attached to the open surfaces of the respective inlet ends of the heat exchange passages of the heat exchanger 21, respectively. In the air-conditioning and ventilation system configured as described above, air is supplied and exhausted through the heat exchanger 21, and ventilation can be performed without significantly changing state variables such as indoor temperature. In addition, maintenance of the heat exchanger 21 and the pre-filters 25 and 26 for exhaust air and air supply can be performed by removing the air supply and exhaust panel 24.
This can be done by rotating and pulling out the l.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional air conditioning ventilation system described above, pre-filters 25 and 26 are used for both exhaust and air supply, and maintenance cycles are short and maintenance is troublesome. Since indoor air is sucked in at the air supply/exhaust panel 24, there are problems that need to be solved, such as the air noise in that section. This invention was made in order to solve such conventional problems, and the object is to obtain an air conditioning ventilation system that can improve maintainability and improve the indoor environment. [Means for Solving the Problems] The air conditioning ventilation system according to the present invention has an exhaust suction port provided on the lower surface of the main body casing, indoor air is sucked from the exhaust suction port, and outside air is supplied into the room through the main body. It is constructed so that air is blown out from the indoor air supply port that is separated from the exhaust suction port provided on one side of the casing, and a high-performance filter is installed for outside air and a long-life filter is installed for exhaust air. The long-life filter, heat exchanger, high-performance filter for outside air, supply air blower, and exhaust blower can all be removed from the exhaust suction port for maintenance. Manako's other air conditioning ventilation system according to the invention is particularly characterized in that a removable exhaust suction panel exclusively for exhaust is attached to the exhaust suction port on the lower surface of the main body casing, and a duct is connected to the indoor air supply port to connect the above exhaust suction panel. This is to supply air at a more distant position.

[Function] In the air conditioning ventilation system of the present invention, neither the high-performance filter for outside air nor the long-life filter for exhaust air is a pre-filter, and they themselves do not require frequent cleaning. In addition, the frequency of cleaning the exhaust air blower and machine becomes less frequent, and all of the main components can be removed from the exhaust suction port on the bottom of the main body casing during maintenance. In addition, the exhaust suction of indoor air and the supply of outside air into the room are performed at separate locations, making noise less annoying. In addition to the above-mentioned effects, the other air-conditioning/ventilation system of the present invention can particularly perform the exhaust suction of indoor air and the supply of outside air into the room at positions sufficiently separated from each other. [Embodiment] FIGS. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of an air conditioning ventilation system according to the present invention. The air conditioning ventilation system shown in this example is suspended and fixed in the attic space, etc., and has a rectangular exhaust inlet 1 at the center of the lower surface, and an exhaust outlet 2 at the left side in FIG. 1, which is a plan view. A rectangular box-shaped main body casing 5 having an outside air intake port 3 and an indoor air supply port 4 on the right side.
, a cross-flow type heat exchanger 6 with a laminated structure, a high-performance filter 7 for outside air, a long-life filter 8 for exhaust air, a supply air blower 9 and an exhaust blower 10 are each removably assembled. It is. Exhaust suction port 1 on the bottom of the main body casing 5
A removable exhaust suction panel 11 is attached to the exhaust suction panel 11, and the exhaust suction panel 11 opens into the room at the ceiling surface. The heat exchanger 6 is installed above the exhaust suction port 1 so that it can be removed from the exhaust suction port 1 in the same position, and independent heat exchange passages are arranged alternately in the vertical direction (up and down) and the horizontal direction (left and right). It has a prismatic structure arranged in layers in the front and back direction. The open end surfaces of the lateral heat exchange passages of the heat exchanger 6 are vertical surfaces facing the left and right side surfaces of the main body casing 5, respectively. In addition, the end surfaces of the heat exchanger 6 where the longitudinal heat exchange passages are opened are horizontal surfaces, and the respective main body casings 5
It faces the exhaust suction port 1 and the top surface. The air supply ventilation path for passing outside air is an indoor air supply that opens from the outside air suction port 3 opened toward the front of the left side of the main body casing 5 to the right side of the main body casing 5 via the lateral heat exchange passage of the heat exchanger 6. It is formed as a series of air channels leading to the mouth 4. In addition, the exhaust ventilation passage for passing indoor air runs from the exhaust suction port 1 opened on the lower surface of the main body casing 5, through the vertical heat exchange passage of the heat exchanger 6, from the upper side of the heat exchanger 6 toward the rear, and further to the left side. It is formed as a series of air passages leading to an exhaust passage 12 that communicates with an exhaust outlet 2 that opens toward the rear of the plane. The supply air passage and the exhaust air passage are independent over the entire area, and a partition wall 13 is provided in the main body casing 5 where they are in contact. A chamber is formed between the outside air suction port 3 of the air supply ventilation path and the heat exchanger 6, and a high performance filter 7 for outside air is removably installed in the vertical direction. Further, an air supply blower 9 is installed between the indoor air supply port 4 and the heat exchanger 6 in the air supply ventilation path, with the outlet side facing the indoor air supply port 4. A long-life exhaust filter 8 is removably installed laterally between the exhaust suction port 1 of the exhaust ventilation path and the heat exchanger 6, and an exhaust air filter 8 is installed in the exhaust path 12 behind the heat exchanger 6. An exhaust blower 10 is installed with its outlet side facing the exhaust outlet 2. A noise reduction box 1 is connected to the indoor air supply port 4 via a duct 14.
5 is connected, and outside air is supplied into the room from the indoor air outlet 16 of the silencing box 15. Indoor air is supplied through exhaust suction panel 1
1 through the exhaust air intake port 1, but the exhaust air intake panel 11 is only for exhaust air and does not function for air supply. The intake part for exhaust and the outlet part for supply air are separated, so that air supply and exhaust are carried out at separate locations in the room, so that the noise does not become a nuisance. The exhaust suction panel 11 can be easily removed, and once this is removed, the long-life exhaust filter 8 can be removed from the exhaust suction port 1. The heat exchanger 6 can be removed from the exhaust suction port 1 by removing the long-life filter 8 and the supporting metal fittings (not shown). When the heat exchanger 6 is removed, the high-performance filter 7 for outside air, the supply air blower 9, and the exhaust air blower 10 are exposed to the installation space of the heat exchanger 6, and by operating from here, all of them can be connected from the exhaust air intake port 1. It can be removed. That is, maintenance can be performed by removing all of the main components from the exhaust suction port 1. However, in the air conditioning ventilation system of this example, ~ the main body casing 5 of the heat exchanger 6
Due to the assembly position, there is no need to use each filter as a pre-filter, and since all filters are made up of filters with long maintenance cycles, maintenance of each component can be done much less frequently than before. .

In the air conditioning ventilation system of the above embodiment, the ventilation function itself, which performs air supply and exhaust ventilation while maintaining the state quantity of the room, is the same as that of conventional air conditioning ventilation systems. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the air conditioning ventilation system of the present invention, neither the high-performance filter for outside air nor the long-life filter for exhaust air require frequent cleaning, thereby eliminating the hassle of maintenance. Moreover, the frequency of cleaning the heat exchanger, supply air blower, and exhaust air blower will also be reduced. In addition, during maintenance, all major components can be removed from the exhaust intake port on the bottom of the main body casing, which not only improves maintenance, but also separates the exhaust intake of indoor air from the intake of outside air into the room. This makes the noise less bothersome and improves the indoor environment. In addition to the above-mentioned effects, in another air conditioning ventilation system of the present invention, in particular, the exhaust suction of indoor air and the supply of outside air into the room can be performed at positions further sufficiently separated from each other, thereby improving the indoor environment. This can be further improved.
