Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the prevention of a misjudgment caused by a drop in a source voltage by comparing with a preset reference current value a circuit current value calculated from an output of a current detection sensor when the source voltage of an electric circuit exceeds a specified voltage to accomplish a judgment of abnormality in the electric circuit accurately with simple construction.
CONSTITUTION: A current detection sensor 23 and a circuit condition judging means 35 are arranged. Then, current supplied to an electric circuit is detected by the sensor 23 and when a source voltage of the electric circuit exceeds a specified value, a circuit current value based on the sensor 23 is calculated by a judging means 35 to be compared with a reference current value preset. Then, it is judged whether the electric circuit is normal or not. In other words, as the source voltage of the electric circuit becomes smaller than the specified value, judgment of abnormality of the electric circuit is stopped.
