When a coincident signal S2 is impressed from a coincidence detection circuit 5, the brake request signal S10 is outputted from the request generation circuit 7, and the data processing is stopped. A brake request can be generated as soon as the brake condition is satisfied and the coincidence detection signal is outputted.
