Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an electromagnetic wave heat-emitting element, which emits heat quickly through irradiation of electromagnetic waves and which is excellent in molding/processing property, by adding carbon black having an amount of DBP oil suction exceeding a specified value to a thermoplastic or thermohardening resin.
CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave heat-emitting element includes a thermoplastic resin and/or thermohardening resin and also carbon black having DBP in the amount exceeding 300ml/100g. With an amount less than this value, a resin compound emitting heat in a short time can not be obtained unless the content of carbon black is increased, and the molding/processing property of the electromagnetic wave heat-emitting element will deteriorate. The cb content of the heat-emitting element shall range between 0.5-30wt.%. With a cb content less than 0.5wt.%, no sufficient heat emission will be obtained, while exceeding 30wt.% is not favorable in respect of the molding/processing characteristic.
