First, the article W is placed on a corrugated cardboard sheet, and each side surface 12, 16 of the sheet and the inner flap 22,
22, 22, 22 are bent at a substantially right angle with the fold lines 26, 28 as boundaries. Then, the top surface 18 is bent along the crease line 26 so as to cover the bottom surface 14. Thereafter, each outer flap 20 is bent along the fold line 28, and the outer flap 20 and inner flap 22 are bonded together with an adhesive. Further, the body flap 24 is bent downward from the crease line 30 and adhered to the front side surface 12 using an adhesive (see FIG. 4a).

In this way, a gap 32 of a predetermined length is formed between the outer flaps 20, 20 which are bent toward one side and faced each other, and the box body 4 has the article W stored therein. is obtained (see Figure 4b).
Then, the side surface 12 of this box body 4 and the side surface 16 of the box body 4 configured in the same manner as described above are brought into close contact with each other so as to face each other, and then the connecting pieces 36 of each connecting body 6 are inserted between the gaps 32. The inner flaps 22 are bonded to each other under pressure using an adhesive. Further, the adhesive pieces 40, 40 are bent inward and adhered to the front side 12 and rear side 16 of the packaging box 4 with an adhesive. As a result, the packaging boxes 4, 4 each containing an article W are connected to each other as shown in FIG. At this time,
As shown in FIG.
The mutually opposing ends thereof are brought into contact with each other. That is, the two connecting bodies 6, 6 are wound in a band shape around the entire circumference of the packaging boxes 4, 4,
As a result, the collective packaging boxes 2 are connected with a strength that can withstand various shocks, vibrations, etc. that may be experienced during storage and transportation.

Furthermore, an example of the assembly of the box body 8 shown in FIG.
This will be explained based on FIGS. 6a and 6b.
First, the article W is placed on a corrugated cardboard sheet, and each side surface 12, 16 of the sheet and each inner flap 2 are
2 at a substantially right angle with the fold lines 26 and 28 as boundaries.
Then, bend the body flap 24 from the crease line 30, and fold the upper surface 18 so as to cover the bottom surface 14.
Fold from the crease line 26. Thereafter, the outer flap 20 is bent along the fold line 28, and the outer flap 20 and the inner flap 22 are bonded together, and the body flap 24 and the upper surface 18 are bonded together (see FIG. 6a). In this way, as shown in FIG. 6b, a box 8 having gaps 32, 32 on both sides and storing the article W therein is obtained.

And the side surface 12 of this box body 8 (or 4),
The side surfaces 16 of the box body 8 configured in the same manner as above are brought into close contact with each other, and each connecting body 6 is then pressure-bonded to the inner flap 22 of the packaging box 8, 8 with an adhesive, respectively. The piece 40 is folded inward and adhered to the front side 12 and back side 16 of the packaging box 8 with adhesive. As a result, the packaging boxes 8, 8 each containing an article W are connected to each other as shown in FIG.

In the embodiment, the width of the inner flap 22 is about 1/4 of the width of the front side 12 and the rear side 16, but as shown in FIG. It is also possible to use a method in which the inner flaps 22, 22 are butted against each other, so that the inner flaps 22 have a width of about 1/2 of the width of the inner flaps.

Effects of the Invention The collective packaging box according to the present invention has a predetermined number of box bodies assembled closely adjacent to each other, and is integrally bonded with the connecting body interposed in the gap between each box body.
Further, each of the adhesive pieces connected to the end of the connecting body is bent to the adjacent side surface of each box body, and the ends of the adhesive pieces that are bent on the same side and facing each other are butted together and adhered. With this structure, the packaging strength is greatly increased. In addition, it is possible to collectively package using the minimum necessary materials, and it can withstand shocks and vibrations experienced during storage and transportation, as well as stacking loads, and can achieve appropriate quality maintenance of the packaged items. In addition, it can be easily divided into individual packaging boxes and can be automated using wrap-around casers, set-up casers, etc., so it has excellent effects such as reducing the total cost from packaging to distribution. play.
