便に対してはより浸透性を増加させ、且つ繊維質の組織
である直腸内壁に対してはよりソフトな噴射となり、直
腸内壁が超音波振動しいてるホーン(2)に接触するこ
とがない0次の工程である吸引操作時は、前の工程にて
破砕乳化した糞便を吸引孔(21)により吸引する際、
保護カバーθつがホーン(2)よりも長いので直腸内壁
がホーン(2)の先端部に直接触れることがなく、また
、過大な吸引圧が掛かった場合でも、ホーン(2)が超
音波振動を停止している故、直腸内壁に損傷を与えるこ
とがない。
