【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は店頭で発行可能なマグパウチ型磁気記

近年、キヤツシユデイスペンサーカードやオイ
ルカード、クレジツト磁気カードが盛んに使用さ

を施こしたものである。カードはおおむね工場で
大量生産され、品質の管理が厳密に行なわれてい
るため信頼性に富むものである反面、少量のニー
ズにあつては印刷コストがかさみ、枚数あたりの
原価がかさむ欠点がある。また身分証明のように
ID機能を必要とする、例えば写真入りカードの
ようなものも1枚1枚が異なるカードであり工場

このため最近では少量の発行数が可能で、しか
も写真を装入できるカードとしてマグパウチが考
案されている。これは片面に感熱接着剤を塗布し
た2枚の塩化ビニルあるいはポリエステル製透明
フイルムを用意し、一方のフイルムの接着剤塗布
面の反対面にはコーテイングやホツトスタンピン
グにて磁気ストライプを形成しておく。この2枚
のフイルムの間に必要な写真や印刷済み用紙を装
入し、店頭にて、小型のラミネーターを用いてプ
レス成型し所定の形状に打ち抜いてカードとした
ものである。もちろん一定の形状にフイルムを形
成しておき、かつ装入する用紙や写真の形状もあ
らかじめ定めておけば店頭での打ち抜き工程をは
ぶくことができる。マグパウチは1枚毎に異なる
写真や印刷用紙を自由に変えて封入することがで
きるため少量の発行数の場合や、個人認証用カー

用紙は失なわれることにより、再発行のためには
新めてこれらを準備しなければならずサービス上

ト加工してとじておき下部のみ未加工とし、両開

て磁気ストライプ部の品質チエツクをしておくこ
とができるため、発行時のカードの信頼性を著し
く高め、上記した顧客に対するサービスを全つと

ぶことができ、着色や印刷済みのもの等上部の感
熱接着剤との融着が充分に行なわれるものであり
さえすれば防げとはならない。またマグパウチは
あらかじめ必要な形状に形成されているもので
も、大きめとしておき発行時適当な形状に打ち抜

クシート又はこれらの積層体である前記第1項
記載の磁気記録媒体。 (3) 一対のプラスチツクフイルムの少くとも一方
が透明である前記第1項又は第2項記載の磁気
