である。 In addition, as other joint members,
- As stated in Publication No. 119804, on the premise that the pavement surface will wear out, a pair of belly plates that extend in the width direction of the end of the deck slab and are embedded under the road surface, and a pair of belly plates that intersect with each belly plate Some guide boards are constructed of a plurality of guide boards arranged at intervals in the width direction and embedded under the road surface. In other words, by embedding it under the road surface, this prevents the joint member from being damaged by the plow of a snowplow, and when the pavement surface is worn out, the slope at the rear of the guide plate guides the plow forward. This prevents damage to the joint member.

Since it takes time and effort, it has to be relatively expensive. In addition, when constructing at road joints, when pouring backfilling material such as concrete behind the web plate, the corner between the face plate and the web plate appears to be a blind spot, making it difficult to fill the backfill. It is difficult for the material to wrap around the bottom surface of the face plate, and there is a problem of decreased durability due to insufficient backfilling material.

道路交通公害が問題となる。 In addition, even after construction, if the pavement surface (top surface of the backfill material) on the back of the face plate is worn out due to rutting, etc., the face plate will form a straight line over the entire length of the road width between it and this pavement surface. This creates long bumps, worsens vehicle drivability, and causes road traffic pollution such as noise and vibration.

In addition, during construction, a paving layer will also be installed on top of the play area.
At that time, in order to prevent the paving material from leaking under the play area,
It is necessary to fill the zigzag-shaped gap formed by alternately overlapping guide plates on both sides.
Construction is difficult. Moreover, after the construction, the problem of the pavement sinking due to the above-mentioned play due to the wheel load remains.

By combining with a plurality of road surface members that protrude forward and backward in the longitudinal direction of the road and are exposed on the road surface, an interlocking type joint member is constructed, and its manufacturability is improved.
This makes it possible to improve workability and vehicle drivability.

を特徴とする道路のジヨイント部材である。 In other words, the specific means for this purpose is as follows: a pair of vertical plates installed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the road joint with a gap between them; A plurality of road surface members are arranged to intersect with this vertical plate and are exposed on the road surface so that a front protruding part and a rear protruding part are formed, and both of the vertical plates are connected to seal the gap. The vertical plates are provided with a plurality of fitting recesses opened at their upper ends and spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the vertical plates, and the vertical plates are configured such that the upper ends are exposed to the road surface. The height of the upper end is made to match the height of the road surface, and each of the above-mentioned road surface members is provided with an anchor part extending downward on a rear protrusion part that protrudes from the vertical plate to the opposite side of the play area. The intermediate portion of the road surface member in the longitudinal direction is fitted into the fitting recess of the vertical plate so that the height of the upper surface of this intermediate portion matches the height of the upper end of the vertical plate, and the clearance is greater than that of one of the vertical plates. The front protrusion of each road surface member that protrudes to the side is provided so as to face an engaged state with joint play between the front protrusions of each road surface member that protrudes toward the clearance side from the other vertical plate. This is a road joint member.

間部上面の高さについても同様である。 In this case, the height of the upper end of the vertical board matches the height of the road surface, but "matching" in the present invention is not limited to complete matching, but means substantially matching. In other words, during construction, it is not a problem that there is a slight difference in height between the top of the vertical board and the top surface of the backfill material cast on the back of the vertical board. The upper end may be exposed to the road surface and constitute the road surface. This also applies to the height of the upper surface of the intermediate portion of the road member, which is made to match the height of the upper end of the vertical board.

のジヨイント部材の固定に寄与する。 Furthermore, when pouring the backfill material, a vertical plate provided with its upper end height matching the road surface height serves as a template to prevent the backfill material from leaking into the clearance space. When looking at the joint member from above, the blind spot is only below the rear protrusion of the road surface member, and both sides of this rear protrusion are not closed, so the backfill material is applied from both sides of the rear protrusion. It will go around below this rearward protrusion. Further, the anchor portion extending downward from the rearward protruding portion of the road surface member contributes to fixing the joint member to the backfill material.

This reduces wear on the backfill material between adjacent rear protrusions, that is, on the pavement surface. In addition, the top edge of the vertical plate matches the road surface height, and the backfill material is protected from the gap side by this vertical plate, so even if excessive wheel load is applied, the top corner on the gap side will not chip. This will be prevented.

がないということである。 Furthermore, as mentioned above, the fact that the boundary between the joint member and the backfill material that appears on the road surface becomes wavy means that the backfill material is slightly worn and the upper surface of the backfill material, that is, the pavement surface and the joint. This means that even if a step is created between the parts and the parts, there is no significant deterioration in the running performance of the vehicle.

The remaining part descends from the road surface member to the backfill material, so there is no sudden vertical movement when passing over the joint member, and there is no large impact on the vehicle.

車両に大きな衝撃を与えてしまう。 In addition, if the boundary between the joint member and the backfill material is straight, if a step is created on the boundary due to wear of the backfill material, the entire width of the tire will ride on the joint member at the same time, and the entire width of the tire will simultaneously run up from the joint member. This means that the entire tire will move up and down rapidly.
This will cause a large impact to the vehicle.

ことができる。(Effect of the Invention) Therefore, according to the present invention, there is provided a pair of vertical plates whose upper ends are made to match the height of the road surface and are exposed to the road surface, and which intersect with the vertical plates so that the upper surface of the intermediate portion is connected to the upper end of the vertical plates. By combining a plurality of road surface members that are made to match the height and are exposed on the road surface, it is possible to obtain an interlocking type joint member that is used while being exposed on the road surface, and has a comb shape like a conventional finger joint member. There is no need for machining to make the joint member, and it is easy to manufacture, and the backfill material has good workability and is easy to construct. Moreover, the road surface member itself has an anchor part, so it is easy to manufacture. The installation stability and load-bearing strength can be improved. In addition, a wave-shaped joint play is formed between the vertical plate and the road surface member, and the boundary between the joint member and the backfill material that appears on the road surface is wavy, so this backfill material is prevented from wearing out. At the same time, the running performance of the vehicle can be improved, and the good running performance of the vehicle can be maintained even if the backfilling material is worn out.

Further, since the road surface members 5 are provided at intervals in the road width direction, and there is nothing to cover the road surface between the road surface members 5, 5, the backfilling material 19 is applied to the road surface members 5.
The compaction device (vibrator) for the backfill material 19 can be inserted between each of the road surface members 5, without the problem of insufficient filling of the backfill material 19. Sufficient compaction can be performed. In Figure 2, 20 is a floor slab, 2

ため、走行性が良い。 In the joint shown in Fig. 2, the joint play 14 opened to the road surface is in the form of a wave.
Since the vehicle runs with its tires always in contact with the road surface from the front protrusion 7 protruding from one vertical plate 2 to the protrusion 7 protruding from the other vertical plate 2, the vehicle has good running performance.

を大きく阻害することがない。 In addition, since the end surface of the backfilling material 19 on the clearance side is covered with the vertical plate 2 from its lower end to its upper end,
The vertical plate 2 prevents the upper end corner of the backfill material 19 from chipping due to wheel loads. Since the boundary between the joint member side, which is composed of the vertical plate 2 and the rear protruding part 6 of the road surface member 5, and the backfill material 19 side is wavy in the road width direction, the backfill material 1
9 is prevented from wearing, and this backfilling material 1
Even if the road surface member 9 is slightly worn and a step is formed at the boundary, the vehicle will not receive a large impact from the tires when passing over the joint member 1, and furthermore, the road surface member 5 is provided with the rear inclined portion 11. Therefore, the tires ride smoothly on the road surface member 5, and the running performance of the vehicle is not significantly hindered.

It differs from That is, the rear protruding portion 36 has a small protruding amount, extends downward with the anchor portion 33 in contact with the vertical plate 2, and connects the locking portion 13 and the anchor portion 3.
The vertical plate 2 is held between the members 3 and 3, and by this holding, the stability of the assembled state of the vertical plate 2 and the road surface member 32 is improved. In this example, since the overall length of the road surface member 32 is shortened, the length of the horizontal upper surface 34 is also shortened.
