A ski boot heel tightening and loosening device that includes a movable plate between the rear cuff of the outer shoe and the inner shoe clamps and compresses the heel of the skier's foot to prevent the foot from moving inside the ski boot. The purpose of this is to bring the foot and the ski shoe into close contact with each other, thereby improving ski operation.

However, rear-entry ski boots (hereinafter simply referred to as ski boots) are often used, in which the front cuff and rear cuff are opened in the front-rear direction to allow the ski boots to be put on and taken off, and the foot is inserted and removed from the rear part of the shoe.

The skis float and there is a lot of play, and the movement of the foot cannot be transmitted to the ski boot without loss when sliding forward, making it difficult to operate the ski satisfactorily. For this reason, each person should increase the amount of cushioning material in the heel area as appropriate. Although such measures have been taken, they have not been able to provide sufficient satisfaction because the bones and shapes of the feet are different.

An inner shoe C is inserted into the outer shoe to form a ski boot A, and a shaft insertion hole 1 is inserted into the rear cuff 3 of the outer shoe B.
1 and 11' are provided, and a shaft 6 having thread grooves 7 and 7' in opposite directions on the left and right is inserted from the center of the shaft into the shaft insertion hole, and one end 15 of the shaft is provided with washers 13 and 13. ' and pin 12,
It is rotatably fixed by a lever 8, a cap 14 is fitted to the other end 15', and a screw groove 7 of the shaft 6 is inserted between the rear cushioning material 5 and the rear cuff 3.
By interposing the movable plates 9, 9' equipped with threaded metal fittings 10, 10' that are screwed into the shaft 6 and rotating the shaft 6 with the lever 8, the movable plates 9, 9' are inserted into the thread grooves of the shaft 6. This is a heel tightening/loosening device for ski boots in which the rear cushioning material 5 can be tightened/loosed freely by being moved according to the heel portions 7 and 7'.

がある。 Next, when the shaft 6 is rotated by the lever 8, the movable plates 9, 9' move toward the center according to the thread grooves in opposite left and right directions of the shaft 6, and press the rear cushioning material 5. In this way, both sides of the Achilles tendon and the heel of the foot inserted into the inner shoe are compressed by the rear cushioning material 5 in a pinched state and come into close contact with the inner shoe. In this case, by positioning the movable plates 9 and 9', it is possible to slightly displace the part to be clamped and compressed by the rear cushioning material 5, and the strength of the clamping pressure can be adjusted, so that the structure and shape of the foot can be adjusted. Not only does it make it easier to match the heel, but it also prevents the heel from floating and causing play. Since the foot and the ski shoe are integrated and the movement of the foot can be transmitted to the ski shoe without any loss, it is possible to easily operate the ski.
