Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent destruction or deterioration in a switching element of an output circuit by limiting a current flowing to a switching element so that a current flowing to the switching element does not reach a 2nd prescribed value for a 1st prescribed time.
CONSTITUTION: A base of a current limit transistor(TR) 2 is connected to a connecting point B between a resistor R1 and a resistor R2, the collector is connected to a base of an output TR 1 at a connecting point C and the emitter is connected to a negative terminal of a power supply 6. when a current I1 flowing to the TR 1 increases and the level of the connecting point B rises, the TR 2 is transited in the conductive direction and a current flowing to the connecting point C, that is, a base of the TR 1 flows through the TR 2. Thus, the current I1 flowing to the TR 1 decreases and the level at the connecting point B is fed back negatively to the base of the TR 1.
