【特許請求の範囲】 1 各々が連結部に突設した連結片を有する一対
の鉗子と、 前記連結片の各々に第1枢着ピンを各々介して
連結したリンクと、この2つのリンクに第2枢着
ピンを介して連結した操作ワイヤの継手金具と、
前記鉗子の各々の連結部に第3枢着ピンを介して
鉗子を回動自在に支持するすり割開口カバーとを
備えた内視鏡用鉗子装置において、 前記鉗子の連結部に突設した連結片と前記リン
クとを、大径部と小径部とを有するとともに連結
片とリンクとの板厚の和を越えることのない長さ
の第1枢着ピンにて連結し、連結片およびリンク
の各側面から該ピンの両端部が突出しないよう
に、該第1枢着ピンの小径部の端部を前記鉗子の
連結片またはリンクのいずれか一方にレーザスポ
ツトによる溶着部により止着してなることを特徴
とする内視鏡用鉗子装置。 2 各々が連結部に突設した連結片を有する一対
の鉗子と、 前記連結片の各々に第1枢着ピンを各々介して
連結したリンクと、この2つのリンクに第2枢着

備えた内視鏡用鉗子装置において、 前記2つのリンクと該リンク間に挟まれた継手
金具とを、大径部と小径部を有するとともに2つ
のリンクと継手金具との板厚の和を越えることの
ない長さの第2枢着ピンにて連結し、2つのリン
クの各側面から該ピンの両端部が突出しないよう
に、該第2枢着ピンの小径部の端部を前記リンク
の一方にレーザスポツトによる溶着部により止着
してなることを特徴とする内視鏡用鉗子装置。 3 各々が連結部に突設した連結片を有する一対
の鉗子と、 前記連結片の各々に第1枢着ピンを各々介して
連結したリンクと、この2つのリンクに第2枢着

を越えることのない長さの第3枢着ピンにて回転
自在に支持し、すり割開口カバーの外周面から該
ピンの両端部が突出しないように、該第3枢着ピ
ンの小径部の端部をすり割開口カバーの外周面に
レーザスポツトによる溶着部により止着してなる
ことを特徴とする内視鏡用鉗子装置。
