Abstract

PURPOSE:To form simply at a low cost a cushioning/vibration damping panel having high vibration damping properties by making use of neither, adhesive agent nor nonwoven fabric, by a method wherein a polyurethane resin dispersion with which a powdery body is mixed is applied directly to a surface sheet for molding and the same is dried within a specific temperature range. CONSTITUTION:A flaky powdery body such as mica or talc and a spherically or irregularly formed powdery body such as silica or alumina are mixed up with a resin dispersion of polyurethane resin superior in adhesion to a surface sheet at the time of drying. The same is dispersed evenly by agitating by an agitator and foamed with a mixer. A matter obtained like this is applied directly to the surface sheet comprised of a ligneous material or high-molecular material by making use of a roll coater or a knife coater for molding and the title panel is formed through heating and the drying. Since a drying temperature and drying hours are made respectively 80-110 deg.C and 30-90min. in a drying process, perfect and efficient drying of a foaming liquid layer is made possible. It is preferable that a thickness of a cushioning/vibration damping sheet through this manufacturing method is 10mm or less.

In general, shock absorbing/damping panels are produced by forming and drying a shock absorbing/damping sheet on a base material such as non-woven fabric, and then attaching it closely to the surface plate using an adhesive such as polyvinyl acetate. . However, with this method, the cost of adhesion is high, and the presence of the base material of the buffer/damping sheet and the hardened adhesive on the contact surface may have an adverse effect on the vibration damping effect of the panel.

The present invention involves mixing flaky powder such as mica or talc, or spherical or amorphous powder such as silica or alumina into an aqueous resin dispersion of polyurethane resin that has excellent adhesion to the surface plate when dry. Stir with a stirrer etc. to uniformly disperse,
This is a method for manufacturing shock absorbing/damping panels in which foam is foamed using a mixer, etc., and then directly coated onto a surface plate made of wood or polymer material using a roll coater or knife coater, and then heated and dried.

In the drying process, when molding on a base material such as a nonwoven fabric as in the past, the drying temperature was 120 to 180 ° C, but in the manufacturing method of the present invention, it is directly applied and molded on the surface, Since it is introduced into the dryer together with the surface plate and dried, one side of the foaming liquid layer is covered by the surface plate, and at conventional drying temperatures, only the surface layer of the foaming liquid hardens first. , which hindered the evaporation of water. Therefore, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, the drying temperature is set at 80 to 110°C, and the drying time is increased to 30 to 90 minutes, which is longer than conventional methods.
This enables complete and efficient drying of the foamed liquid layer. Note that the thickness of the buffer/damping sheet formed by this manufacturing method is preferably 10 mm or less. The foaming liquid here refers to a liquid obtained by mixing powder with an aqueous resin dispersion and foaming the mixture.

In the present invention, a resin aqueous dispersion containing powder is directly applied to the surface plate and dried, so the buffering/damping sheet formed on the surface plate is created by the anchoring effect of the polyurethane resin. Since it is in close contact with the surface plate and there is no adhesive or nonwoven fabric, the damping effect is not impaired.

In this example, the resin content of the aqueous resin dispersion was 50%,
Phlogopite with a particle size of 1500 μm was mixed at 140 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin, and the expansion ratio was set to 6 times.
On top of that, use a 2.5 mm thick plywood as a surface plate with a thickness of 6 mm.
11II11 and dried at 100'C for 60 minutes to obtain a buffer/vibration damping panel. Figure 1a shows the amount of vibration attenuation, including the buffering and damping effects, when an impact is applied from the surface plate side of this buffering and damping panel. In addition, the figure shows a sheet obtained by coating and molding an aqueous resin dispersion having the same formulation as in this example on a nonwoven fabric at the same foaming rate and the same thickness, and drying it.
This is the amount of vibration attenuation of a buffer/vibration damping panel manufactured using a conventional manufacturing method, which is adhered to m-thick plywood using a polyvinyl acetate adhesive. In the conventional manufacturing method, the vibration damping amount in the frequency band from about 200 II z to about 500 Hz is lower than this example because of the hardened adhesive and nonwoven fabric, and this example is effective. It is shown. Since vibration damping in this frequency band is generally considered difficult, the effectiveness of this embodiment is clear.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention provides a cushioning/vibration-damping sheet made by mixing powder into an aqueous resin dispersion, foaming, molding, and drying the resulting material. In the manufacturing method of the buffer/damping panel that is obtained by closely installing it on the face plate, polyurethane resin is used as the resin water dispersion, powder is mixed in and foamed,
By directly coating and molding onto the surface plate and drying at a relatively low temperature for a long time, it is possible to obtain a high-performance shock absorbing and damping panel without impairing the damping performance of the shock absorbing and damping sheet. This allows for cost reduction.
