On the other hand, the occurrence of fault of the respective units 12-1-12-n is detected by means 16-1-16-n and inputted to a means 18 together with detecting signals by the means 14-1-14-n. In the means 18, it is judged whether the respective units 12-1-12-n just send the data to the bus 10 or take-in the data from the bus 10. When the fault of a certain unit is extended to the other unit, the unit to just send the data to the bus 10 or the bus 10 is specified as the fault occurring.
