Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform work continuously by arranging wheel pass metals on intermediate poles between a plurality of spans thereby enabling passage of wheel groups.
CONSTITUTION: Earth wire anchor metals F are arranged on poles at the opposite ends of a work span and a pass metal fixing arm C is secured to an intermediate pole. A wire laying rope W is supported on a pulley and it is supported on the intermediate pole while adjoining to an old earth wire G, then it is lowered onto the ground. Rollers for inverted wheel groups coupled with a coupling rope R led from one end side and supporting a messenger wire rope M are coupled together with the old earth wire G and coupled with the wire laying rope W. Then the wire laying rope W is wound from the ground at the other end pole and passed through a pass metal A. When the messenger rope M is laid across the entire work span, the old earth wire G and the messenger rope M are inverted. Then the old earth wire G is connected with a new earth wire GW and the old earth wire G is pulled out thus laying the new earth wire GW. When the new earth wire GW is laid across the entire work span, inversion is carried out to wind the coupling rope R thus collecting the inversion wheel group.
